This class is for any woman who is interested in becoming more empowered and more confident if ever faced with this danger. Learn to Golf Clinics are designed for the beginner to intermediate golfer, set in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The goals of the instructors are to focus on player development and making an easy transition from the practice range to the golf course. These clinics cover a wide variety of golf topics including full swing, chipping, putting and etiquette. Classes are typically offered late spring through early fall. ADULT TKD (AGES 13+) Join our adult classes and do things you never thought you could do! Classes are for adults of all ages, regardless of your physical fitness or athletic ability. Taekwondo improves cardio fitness, muscle tone, flexibility, and coordination. Students learn important self-defense skills and are more confident and focused as a result of their Taekwondo training. Mid-Day Masters: T,Th,F 9:15-10:45 a.m. For intermediate to advanced swimmers who swim 500 yds. freestyle, be competent in two of four strokes and swim for 1-1/2 hours. Improve fitness and endurance emphasizing stroke technique and drill work. Power Masters: M,W 7:00-8:00 p.m. Enjoy a challenging workout while fine tuning your stroke technique, increasing strength, speed and endurance. Should be able to swim 500 yards.
