2 THE BAND NEEDS YOUR HELP!! 1. NEEDED: Do you have a CDL license? Do you own a sign company? Can you engrave? Have a connection for Gatorade donations? If so, please contact us at wlcmbgoband@gmail.com 2. CHAPERONES Chaperones are needed for Saturday practices and competitions. In order to keep our kids safe we need adult chaperones to be with the marching bands during competitions. It s a lot of fun & a great way to meet band families! Go to - school code wlcmb & sign in to your kid s account. (go to volunteer area and click on a Saturday practice or competition). 3. FOOD SERVERS During performances and competitions the marching band is fed. Food servers are needed throughout the season to help feed the kids. Hotel Information: We have 20 King w/ a pull out sofa blocked off for Grand Nationals Courtyard Indianapolis Carmel, 37 W 103rd Street, Indianapolis, IN or *Tell them that we have rooms blocked for Walled Lake Central Marching Band Parents Room Block. *They are $ a night which includes Breakfast for two. Reservations must be made No later than October 20, Mandatory Informational Meeting: The parent meeting on November 2 is Mandatory for all families to discuss States and Grand Nationals. Camper/RV: We are in need of a camper/rv to use for Grand Nationals. It is used to organize and store the food and snacks we need for the kids.
