1 Page 1 of 5 Mini Dancers, Rising Stars. Our classes for our rising star dancers introduce our little ones to the world of dance from the age of 2.5 / 3yrs. We guide our dancers in exploring their passion, expressing themselves through dance and providing them with excellent quality of instruction to build a strong technical foundation. We give our students the tools and professional training through a positive, productive and rewarding dance experience. After each class we turn the lights off, get the dress up box out, put the disco ball on and let our dancers have 5-10 minutes of freestyle to finish their classes with. Contemporary Contemporary dance is one of the most popular forms of dance, it tends to utilize both the strong and controlled legwork of ballet and modern dance's stress on the torso, and also employs contact-release, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation characteristic of modern dance. Unpredictable changes in rhythm, speed, and direction are often used, as well. It sometimes also incorporates elements of non-western dance cultures such as elements from African dance including bent knees.

2 Page 2 of 5 Contemporary Ballet Contemporary ballet is a genre of dance that incorporates elements of classical ballet and modern dance. It employs classical ballet technique and in many cases classical pointe technique as well, but allows greater range of movement of the upper body and is not constrained to the rigorously defined body lines and forms found in traditional, classical ballet. Many of its attributes come from the ideas and innovations of 20th century modern dance, including floor work and turn-in of the legs. Ballet / Contemporary Ballet with Pointe work Age 13+ This class will be for those dancers who are in training for pointe or are already on pointe and who are in the Level 3 to 5. All dancers will need approval from the teacher to be in this class to ensure the dancer is strong enough for pointe work. Jazz and Jazz-Sass Jazz is a strong based dance style. Learning how to execute dance moves, Adding some sass to the dance style and having fun with the dance. Upbeat music and fresh new moves help you to become and all round dancer. Technique, Flexibility and Stamina (TFS) These dancer conditioning classes will be twice per week. These classes help to improve the dancers flexibility, core strength and stamina. Flexibility exercises in this class will help to improve over all flexibility and to help dancers reach those lines and defined positions that make a dancer look truly outstanding. Having the flexibility will help a dancer to feel more free in their movements, help to reduce possibility of injury, and help to build muscle tone and strength. Technique classes will help to strengthen core, improve turnout, improve turns, improve lines, jump higher, leap further, turn quicker and to improve overall stamina and stance of a dancer.

3 Page 3 of 5 Musical Theatre - All Levels This Variety class is open for all levels. These classes focus on acting skills, and lip sinking. Basic dance steps are added to the class to help dancers become a character, creating an overall Variety Class. Page TFS / Core Strength / Dancers Yoga These classes are done in the dark on a yoga mat with the light of a simple lamp. These classes are designed to help the dancers relax and to be aware of their bodies and their minds. These classes increase body awareness, link breath to movements, create peace of mind and to help the dancers stretch out their bodies after along week of dance. Core work will be done in this class to improve the strength from the centre of the body. They help to increase strength and flexibility at a relaxed pace and help to relieve any stress the dancers may have on their body. These classes are at the end of the dance week. Progressions Progression Classes are to work on various movements across the floor from leaps, jumps and turns, to balance development and floor work combinations. These classes will help dancers break down various movements to improve their skills and knowledge. They allow the dancer to focus on the technical dance development and to improve their speed of picking up choreographed steps. Progressions classes will also introduce the dancers to new styles of dance movements from African dance to Salsa dance, and much more. These classes will also have guest teacher Tracey K Holly in a few classes introducing various styles.

4 Page 4 of 5 Hip Hop An energetic form of dancing for all ages. The class is a blend of funk, jazz and hip hop and introduces a range of techniques and styles to create the unique style of hip hop. Dancers will incorporate their own personal rhythm with the latest dance moves and help to choreograph their year-end routines Acro Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context. It is a popular dance style in amateur competitive dance as well as in professional dance theater and in contemporary circus productions such as those by Cirque du Soleil. Ballet Ballet is a classical dance form. Ballet helps to improve the overall technique, strength and posture of a dancer.

5 Page 5 of 5 Broadway Age 15+ This dance class introduces dancers to various dance styles from Fosse to Broadway, from The Can Can to the Cha Cha. These classes will also introduce dancers to Dance styles from various stage productions and include styles such as Salsa, The Waltz and many more styles Lyrical Dance Lyrical dance is very similar to ballet, combining the many technical elements of classical ballet with the freedom, fluidity, expressiveness and airier aspects of jazz, contemporary and modern dance. It is typically considered a sub-category of jazz and/or contemporary dance. Lyrical dance is expressive, simultaneously subtle and dynamic, focused on conveying musicality and emotion through movement.
