3 The Leroy School Association Painesville-Warren Road Painesville, OH January 1, 2017 Dear Supporter of Education, The Leroy Elementary School Association will be hosting our Spring Carnival and Auction on Saturday April 8, This is our school s biggest fundraiser. It is a day filled with carnival style games and food that the children look forward to all year. We expect approximately 350 students, family members and community members to attend. All are used by the teachers and students on a daily basis and aide in student learning through engaging activities and lessons. We are hoping that you will choose to help our school with a cash or gift donation of merchandise and/or services. In acknowledgement of your generous donation we will recognize your contribution on our Leroy School PTO website and the event flyer which will reach the families of all students enrolled in our school, as well as during the raffle itself.
