3 FAQs Is there any cost? No. Gymnasts costumes will be provided at no cost, all that we ask you wear the clothing indicated earlier in this information. There is also no entry cost for gymnasts or spectators. Who can come along to spectate? Anyone! Bring as many friends and family along as you would like. Remember the focus of our display is on the gymnasts. The more support they have there on the day the more special they are going to feel. If we are unable to attend the display will my gymnast still receive the gift? No. The gift is a recognition for gymnasts performance on the day. Can I take photos and videos? Yes. Spectators are invited to take as many photos and videos of their gymnast as they would like. Please note there will not be a professional videographer attending this year and we will not be selling DVDs. Can I volunteer to help at the display? Yes. There a many ways FCGC will need support in the lead up to the display and during the display week. If you would like to help please let our customer service team know and then a supervisor will get in contact with you to discuss further.

4 WHEN Display Week will run from Monday 10th Dec - Saturday 15th Dec. Please be aware that regular classes will not run between 10 th 15 th December (last week of term 4). All Classes will be replaced by Display Sessions. Mon 10 th Tues 11 th Wed 12 th Thur 13 th Fri 14 th Sat 15 th 9-10am pm

5 CHANGING DISPLAY TIMES Gymnasts have automatically been allocated to the display session on their normal training day/days. If you are unable to attend your allocated session we are happy to work with you to find an alternative time if your allocated session does not work for you. If you need to swap your session we ask that you contact us and organize this before Sun 18 th Nov. Sunday Gymnasts Please Note Sunday Gymnasts can choose any session to attend that they would like. We ask that you please let us know which session you would like to attend before Sunday 18 th Nov.
