1 Dear Community Partner: is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring youth in Montgomery, AL communities. The specific purposes of the corporation are to expand access to safe and quality organized sports activities to youth in under-resourced communities; teach and train youth athletic skills; promote sportsmanship and leadership; develop physical fitness, mental alertness and healthy dietary habits; and provide an enjoyable recreational activity. Montgomery Storm encourages each participant to grow as athletes and citizens by keeping them active in our organization. Our organization consists of youth ages During the upcoming fall football season, the teams will practice 4-5 times per week after school. There are normally 8-10 events during the season. There are 4 teams for each event, which is approximately young girls and boys. The Montgomery Storm Football Program is seeking your partnership in having a successful season. Our organization greatly appreciates any monetary or in-kind donations that you are able to contribute to assist us. It is donations from community leaders like yourself that help make programs affordable for the youth that would likely not be able to participate due to socioeconomic status. Through our fall football program, young girls and boys, ages 5-12, are able to interact with positive role models, learn athletic skills, and learn other character building traits through community projects. The teams also participate in fundraising projects to support our organization and in various community service activities to promote civic involvement and charity. Your monetary or in-kind donation will go directly to offset the cost of fees and equipment needed. You will be provided a tax deductible statement from because of our 501(c)(3) status.
