(Dance/All-star cheer classes/competitions)- Please communicate and be willing to compromise and we will too. Although participating in another sport and cheerleading/pom are extremely difficult, a pom/cheerleader/yell leader/mascot who chooses to do so must work with both his/her cheer/pom coach and the other sport's coach of the sport in which they are participating. It is not fair to other teammates and squad members to have a member missing from their squad or team during an event or practice.
