1 SCHOOL SUPPLIES Dear Parents, Hampton Township School District has joined with Office Depot to purchase school supplies at a greatly reduced cost. As a result, the Elementary Schools are able to save you time and money by pre-ordering supplies for the coming year. If you choose to pre-order, simply fill out the form below and send it along with a check made out to Hampton Township School District. All orders are due in the office by June 8. The supplies will be in your child s classroom on the first day of school. This offer is optional but if you choose not to participate, you will be responsible for purchasing your child s school supplies for the first day of school. A list of supplies by grade level is attached. A price comparison is noted on the list to help you make your decision. We hope you will take advantage of this offer. Summer Dental Clinic We are offering free dental screenings and cleanings to healthy adolescents and young adults at the University of Pittsburgh s School of Dental Medicine. Appointments are available on Wednesday & Friday afternoons, June 29 through July 22, Call our patient care coordinators any time after June 1 st to schedule your dental check-up A parent or legal guardian must accompany the patient and remain for the visit if the patient is under 18. Summer Dental Clinic care may include: Screening, cleaning, fluoride treatment and tooth sealants.
