1 SCHOOL SUPPLIES Dear Parents, Hampton Township School District has joined with Office Depot to purchase school supplies at a greatly reduced cost. As a result, the Elementary Schools are able to save you time and money by pre-ordering supplies for the coming year. If you choose to pre-order, simply fill out the form below and send it along with a check made out to Hampton Township School District. All orders are due in the office by June 8. The supplies will be in your child s classroom on the first day of school. This offer is optional but if you choose not to participate, you will be responsible for purchasing your child s school supplies for the first day of school. A list of supplies by grade level is attached. A price comparison is noted on the list to help you make your decision. We hope you will take advantage of this offer. Summer Dental Clinic We are offering free dental screenings and cleanings to healthy adolescents and young adults at the University of Pittsburgh s School of Dental Medicine. Appointments are available on Wednesday & Friday afternoons, June 29 through July 22, Call our patient care coordinators any time after June 1 st to schedule your dental check-up A parent or legal guardian must accompany the patient and remain for the visit if the patient is under 18. Summer Dental Clinic care may include: Screening, cleaning, fluoride treatment and tooth sealants. Directions to University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine Via the PA Turnpike and Interstate 376 West: From Interstate 376 East exit Oakland (Bates St.). Continue on Bates St. (through stoplight at Blvd. of Allies) to McKee Place. Turn left onto McKee Place and continue on McKee Place through Forbes Ave., stay in right lane and continue on through Fifth Ave., bearing slightly to the right. At this point, McKee Place becomes Darragh St. Continue up the hill on Darragh St. to stop light. Turn right at light onto Terrace St. The School of Dental Medicine is on the left and the parking garage is on the right. Via Interstates 79/279: From the north - Take Interstate 79 South to Interstate 279 South (two miles south of Wexford/Route 910). Take Veterans Bridge exit and follow signs to Interstate 376 East via the Boulevard of the Allies. Take the Forbes Avenue/Oakland exit; do not continue to Interstate 376 East. Keep to the left on Forbes Avenue and continue on Forbes to McKee Place. Turn left onto McKee Place and continue on through Fifth Avenue as per above. From the south - Exit Fort Pitt Tunnel (right lane) following sign to Interstate 376 East. Take 376 East and exit at Forbes Avenue/Oakland.
