2 Event Descriptions and Classifications: Novice: A contestant who has not won more than 3 first place awards. Beginner: A contestant that has not won more than 5 first place awards in Beginner. Intermediate: A contestant who has not won more than 8 first place awards in Intermediate. Advanced: A contestant that has won more than 8 first place awards in Intermediate. Solo Time Limits Novice: 0:30-2:00Min. Beginner: 1:30-2:00Min. Intermediate: 1:50-2:10Min. Advanced: 2:20-2:30 Min. Super X Time Limits Novice: 0:30-2:00Min. All other Divisions: 1:30-2:00Min. College freestyle for Miss Majorette: 2:20-2:30, 1 baton Min. of 1:10Min. *No Gymnastics Permitted. All Modeling: Maximum time limit 1:00Min. -Interviews will follow all pageant modeling with the exception of the Novice Basic Skills Pageant. No interviews for Novice contestants. -Advanced contestants and Carolina s Queen Contestants, model in a formal dress. -All other divisions (Nov., Beg., Int.) model in a costume for pageant modeling. -Best Appearing is modeling in a costume without a baton. -All modeling should be done in a Circle T pattern.
