3 Shepherds Mass Food Collection Beginning November 27th through December 14th, the Pre-K and the 7th grade classes will be collecting nonperishable food items for the Fourteen Holy Helpers Food Pantry. All homerooms will have bags to collect items. On Thursday, December 14th, the Pre-K classes will dress up as sheep and shepherds to present the collection at the 8:30am school Mass. Let s bring some holiday cheer to people in our community this holiday season!!!! **The National Junior Honor Society is asking for your support in donating to the West Seneca Food Pantry! Here is how you can help: Students can bring in their quarters to put in for a basket raffle. o 50 Cents for 1 ticket o $1.00 for 3 tickets Students will be entered into a drawing o Pre-K-3rd grade o 4th-8th grade Students also have the option of donating out of the kindness of their hearts. **All proceeds will go towards purchasing goods for the West Seneca Food Pantry. This is a great cause, and there is a great need for nonperishable items, especially during this holiday season. **All donations must be in between Monday, December 4th and Wednesday, December 13th. Winners will be selected during morning announcements on Thursday morning.

9 PARENTS/GUARDIANS - HEADS UP: This is the final notice for anyone whose Virtus Protecting God's Children account is not in compliance with the mandates set forth by the national organization. The Virtus system will automatically suspended your account on December 29th. On that day a list will be provided to the principal with the names of all individuals who have been suspended, and from that day forward you are not allowed to work or volunteer for Queen of Heaven School in any capacity involving children, whether a faculty member is present or not. This includes any school sponsored or sanctioned activities that take place outside of the school building as well as inside. In order to prevent this from happening, simply go into your account and do your unread bulletins, starting with the most current and working your way backwards, making sure to complete at least the last 6 months, do your incomplete re-certifications, and turn in any paperwork that you have not turned in yet to the school office or the rectory, attention of the "Local Virtus Coordinator." The QOH Sports logo is printed on the left front breast pocket, and the student s name and jersey number can be printed on the back. The name of a sport can also be printed on the sleeve. *** Parents and Coaches may order sweatshirts for themselves as well *** Parents/Coaches can have the QOH logo embroidered on the front instead of name/number/sport printed on the back and sleeve Order Forms and Cost: Sweatshirts are available for $35.
