Every DAC student has worked extremely hard to display his or her talent, please wait till the end of the show to leave. There will be help backstage to ensure that your child has assistance in costume changes and hair mishaps. The backstage area will not be open to parents during the show time and all parents will be required to leave the downstairs dressing room by 5:15pm. This policy is in place so that parents are not entering and exiting during the show and disrupting audience members or the dancers on stage that have worked so hard to show their talents. There will be entertainment for your child during the show (DVD, coloring books etc...) Please remind your guests to not enter and exit the theater during the show. It is disruptive to the dancers and presents a safety issue. Also, all video recording and photography (no FLASH) needs to be done from your seat.
