1 Patriot Times Red, White, & News! VOLUME 8, ISSUE 3 S EPTEMBER 14, 2017 Mr. Bailey: New to the RLBMS Staff We reporters asked Mr. Bailey his opinion about our school. Q: How do you feel about this school? A: I really enjoy the school. There are great teachers and great students here. It s a good place to learn. I'm glad this is my first school to teach in. Q: Do you feel like the students here are well behaved? A: For the most part, these students are well behaved. Q: Do you feel like students will use math and science in their everyday lives? A: Yes, they will use both. Science is how they get to their job or even make their dinner, help them explain how the storm could effect them, or even know what plants are poisonous. With math, they will need it to see how much money they spend during a week or see how much money they spend on groceries. By: Alexis Burkhammer and Morgan Thayer Mr. Bailey is new to the RLBMS staff. This is his very first year teaching in his own classroom.

Giant Pandas grow between 1.2 meters and 15 meters, and weigh between 75 kilograms and 135 kilograms. These magnificent mammals are omnivores. Baby pandas are born pink and measure about 15 centimeters- that s about the size of a pencil! The Giant Panda s scientific name is Ailuropoda melanoleuca, which means black and white cat-foot. Although pandas occasionally eat small animals and fish, bamboo counts for 99 percent of their diet. atgeokids.com /za/discover/a nimals/general -animals/tenpanda-facts/
