2 What to bring Sun Screen Extra set of clothing Suitable sporting clothing or clothing that will permit comfort during leisure and activities Depending on our themes, activities and or field for the week your child may want to bring in some additional items such as props for a talent show. Suggested items will be announced prior to events or field trips that may require extra items. Technology, toys and other items Your child may want to bring in their favorite toy, gaming or music technology with them to camp. We do allow such items to be brought into camp but do advise that we are not responsible for any damages which may occur at camp. We specifically advise our campers to refrain from bring such items during our field trip days to prevent losses or damages to their items. Documentation We will need a copy of insurance information for all our campers for our record keeping and files. You can them to us at admin@almsports.com or bring in copies during the first day of camp. We also ask that you provide us with a written statement for any persons who will be picking up your child other than you. Payment We charge weekly for our camps and can be processed either by card, cash or check. Payment days will be on every Monday. At your request, we can also process payments for weeks in advance. Please note, you will only be charged for the weeks that your child attends and therefore do not have to pay for weeks missed i.e. vacations etc.

3 Arriving and Leaving Time On a full day, our opening times are 7:30am 6:00pm. For our morning drop offs please bring your child between 7:30am 9:00am so that they can receive their breakfast meal and get settled into camp before activities begin. We understand however that some days the drop off time for your child may be a little later than usual, this is fine but note we are not able to serve our meals outside our posted serving times. Signing in and out procedures It is critical that we enforce our record keeping of all campers as it relates to attendance and whom each child leaves with. We will therefore have a signing in form that will require the time of arrival/ exit and signature of parent or guardian. Particularly with morning drop offs, we may sign and time your child s arrival, if you are unable to enter as in running late for work etc. However, parents and or guardians MUST sign out their child themselves upon leaving. For any particular day in which you schedule for your child to be picked up from a friend (another parent), relative or older child, we must have written which dated and signed of your approval. Food Working in partnership with the Miami Dade County Schools Summer Food Program, we are able to provide health and nutritional meals for breakfast and Lunch. Our serving times are as follows: Breakfast: 8:00 am 9:00 am Lunch: 11:30 am 12:30pm Our summer meal menus is attached along with this information document and is also available via our home website, Miami Dade school nutrition site: %20Cycles%202.pdf or can be picked up at our summer camp site. You may also pack some extra lunch and or snacks if you wish as the days are long, but rest assure we will be having snacks on sale to tie the kids over during the day. Snacks Our snack shop will be available at the following times: 12:30pm - 1:00 pm

4 3:00pm 6:00 pm For snacks we will have a variety of items available such as: frozen push pops, candy, chips, popcorn and snow cones. Pleases note, all items will be $1 or less and will go towards our field trip fees and expenses. Field Trips For our field trips we typically leave at 12pm sharp and arrive back at our sites between 4pm-5pm. It is therefore important for our afternoon half day campers to arrive promptly, with at least 10 mins to spare before 12pm. The costs for our field trips is $5 per week and must be handed in no later than Thursdays of every week, unless authorized for a special accommodation allowing for Friday morning hand in. We advise parents to refrain from allowing their children to bring in expensive items such as, clothing, computer technology, phones/ipads, to avoid such items from being lost/ left behind at our visiting venues. Special requirements may be advised depending on the actual field trip and will notified ample time prior to trip date. Week 2 June 17 20: ALM Sports Camp s got talent Campers will get the chance to showcase their special talents in front of a live studio audience, our camp, in our talent show realty tv theme of America s Got Talent. With special guest judges (our staff). Week 3 June 24-28: Safari Week With the camp visiting the Miami zoo for field trip, campers will participate in activities and games with the animal theme throughout the week Week 4 July 1-5: Celebration week Celebrating America(Independence day 4 th of July) this week through activities which enhance the learning of history, celebrating the country s birthday with party celebrations, arts and craft activities giving campers the chance to design floats, decorations and banners, red, white and blue colored themes. Week 5 July 8-12: Mad Scientist Week Campers will get their creative juices flowing this week through various activities which involves creating new inventions, advanced technology and scientific experimentations.

Week 7 July 22-26: Summer Olympics Week During this week campers will get the chance to compete in every level and represent their designated team (country) in various sports and activities for the chance to win Gold. Week 8 July 29- August 2: Reality Game Show This week campers will endure in renditions of popular television game shows like: survivor, wipeout and fear factor, through participating in fun activities that will provide challenges and fun prizes to win. Week 9 August 5-9: Actor s studio Campers will experiment with fun activities that will enhance dramatic/ theatrical performances, with techniques and sessions of comedic skits, improv, monologue rehearsal, storyboard/ directing and short scene plays. cam Week 10 August 12-16: Fitness Week For the last week of camp we will have our campers partake in a fitness camp style theme for the week with activities such as: yoga, pilates, morning workouts, etc.
