This class will teach you the basics of baton twirling and address beginning marching skills. You ll learn beginning twirls like Table Tops (or horizontals), Figure 8 s, basic rolls, flourishes and thumb tosses, as well as the correct foundation of feet and body work. It is only through a good foundation in these techniques that you can become a fine twirler. Bring your own metal, balanced baton that fits from arm pit to tips of fingers when arm is stretched out in front.
