1 A Time to Dance has a program at recital. Last year we expanded the program to a keepsake year book for your dancer. It was very successful, and we are going to keep the tradition. The book is a beautiful full color 8 1/2 x11 bound keepsake. The Year Book will have a group photo of each group dance that is to perform at the recital including team numbers, but not trio, duos, or solos. In addition, you have an opportunity to have a full page, 1/4 page or a 1/6 of a page picture of your dancer(s) in this Year Book. All the details are below and all the forms you need are in this package. Please turn in everything, including checks, cash and forms in an envelope no later than May 1st. More Information: The Book is laid out in three very separate sections, 1. The Program, 2. The Front of the book and 3. The Back of the book. The PROGRAM - A group photo of each group dance the dancers perform at the recital, including team numbers but not trios, duos or solos The FRONT of the book contains pictures of the dancers taken on picture day by our photographer. The pictures are either full page, quarter page or sixth of a page (details below). Our goal is to have each child pictured in this section. It is optional, but the girls really enjoy flipping through the book and seeing their special page. Only one picture of the same child s costume is allowed in the front of the book. Additional pictures are encouraged in the front, but they must be in a different costume from this year s show. Only Sisters or a group of two dancers can share a Full Page or a Quarter Page in the front of the book. No other relatives or friends can share a full page or quarter page. No one (including sisters) can share a Sixth of a Page. Full Page - $ includes your dancers name and a personal note of 15 words or less. Half Page - $ includes your dancers name and a personal note of 15 words or less. Quarter Page - $60.00 includes your dancers name only. Sixth of a Page - $45.00 includes your dancers name only. Wait! Don t panic because there are 3 ways to secure a spot for your dancer(s) photo in this book. 1. Write a check Just pay for it and your done! 2. Ask your friends and family for donations. 3. Sell Advertisements or Dancer Salutes (information enclosed).

2 The BACK - of the book contains personal salutes to dancers where you can use any pictures you want to include. This is a great place to surprise your dancer with a special page. The back of the book also includes ads that you sell to businesses. Deadlines: All Packages must be turned in no later than May 1, You can turn them in early, but not late. COVER GIRL Contest- Want your dancer(s) to be on the cover of A Time to Dance s Year Book? Here is your chance. The top seller of ads wins the cover There is a minimum of $ in ad sales required to be in the Cover Girl competition. Only Sisters or a group of two can be on the cover together. Runners up will be pictured in a group photo in the year book. Ad Sales and Salutes: Ads are for Businesses and Salutes are personal ads that you want to put in the back for your dancer. (Please see examples at the studio in the Year Book from last year). For each $1.00 you sell in Ad space or Salutes, you receive 0.50 cents towards your child s photo in the front of the book. For Example: If you sell a full page ad for $165.00, two business card ads for $40.00 each, totaling $80.00 and a quarter page ad for $ your total add sales is $ You receive $ credit towards your child s photo in the front of the book. These ads can be from businesses, or friends and family. (Please see examples at the studio in the Year Book from last year). We love camera ready ads, but we are willing to help you format them as well. VERY IMPORTANT: Please print clearly on the forms that you turn in. We want to make sure there are no misspelled names.
