6 Firing Squad meeting on Friday, April 8 th has been cancelled. Our next meeting will be next week, April 15th!!!

7 Summit's BATTLE OF THE BANDS is May 13th. If you're in a band, it's time for you to step up and show your stuff. One member must be a current RSHS student. See Mrs. Rice in the choir room to sign up!

8 RELAY FOR LIFE Anyone Interested in being involved with Relay For Life which is on Saturday, April 23 at Summit High School from 5 PM to 6 AM, please Contact Coach Hohlt in room 550.

9 CONGRATS! We would like to congratulation all of the Summit students that qualified for St. Louis Cardinals Straight A Student baseball tickets! If you earned a 3.75 or higher grade point average for 1st semester, please see Mrs. Schade in the main office to pick up your ticket voucher.

10 A+ Tutors A+ tutors who want to earn hours during summer school should pick up a form in Guidance. Spots are available at Bowles in June in the mornings.

11 Attention Seniors 1. If you are planning to attend Senior Slam after graduation, please turn in your permission form and $40 to Mrs. Otto in the Senior office. 2. If you have not signed the Senior Banner yet, stop by the Senior Office this week.

12 Attention Seniors: Do you know what Field Day is? It is only for seniors. It is an all day event held at Summit on Tuesday, April 19th. Your day will begin with the Pancake Man flipping All the Pancakes you can eat and then serving BBQ for lunch. Just some of the activities you can participate in are tennis, wiffle ball, swimming, kickball, soccer, volleyball, and board games, plus more!! Tickets will go on sale Monday, April 11th for $ You must have any fines or fees resolved before you can buy a ticket, including overdue library books and fines.

13 PROM Attention Juniors and Seniors: Prom tickets go on sale April 11th for $ Ticket prices will increase after April 12th, save a few dollars and buy your prom ticket early on April 11th or 12th. Date cards due to grade level office, before you can buy tickets and all fine and fees must be resolved before buying prom tickets.

14 PROM Attention Juniors and Seniors: Prom date cards are now available in the main office. A date card must be completed, signed and turned in to grade level principal for approval before tickets can be purchased. Prom tickets will go on sale on April 11th.

15 Interested in attending the Teen Talent Showcase at The Fox Theater on April 23? Summit's very own Caroline Bundschuh has passed onto the finals! Mrs. Fischer has free tickets - stop by her room (707) to pick them up. Summer School packets are now available in the Guidance Office. Applications are now being accepted! Midas Oil Change Coupons are still available. See Mr. Peters in room 324 or Mrs. Hindrichs in the main office to make a purchase.

16 Looking for a job?? Several local businesses are currently hiring! See Mrs. Revis in Room 355 or 364 for details. Any student interested in joining the Renaissance committee can pick up an application in room 134.

17 WANT TO PARK CLOSE? Attention all students who drive: Do you want to park REAL close to school? Then buy a raffle ticket for only $1 or 10 for $5 for a parking spot in the staff lot. All proceeds benefit the Make a Wish Foundation. Drawing every 2 weeks. Buy your tickets today from Mrs. Cowan in the main office or from Mr. Frank in room 160.

18 CLASS OF 2017 CCE Applications are now being accepted for the school year. Pick up an application from Mrs. Revis or the guidance office, and turn your application in right away. If you want to learn about business and marketing, make money while gaining employment experience, and earn high school credit(s) for working, then CCE is the class for you!
