I also understand that the final authority will rest with the Head Cheer Coach and the judges for tryouts, and I will accept and abide by these decisions. I am a full time student at Dillard University, or I have provided with this application a copy of my formal acceptance letter to Dillard University. 2. As a current freshman member of the team, incoming freshman, transfer student or current student who is not a member of the team I have included a 4x6 head to toe color picture, a 4x6 color headshot and a resume of accomplishments (cheer/dance/mascot). 3. I have no health or physical defect that would hinder my ability to perform as a DU Cheerleader or Pom Squad member. 4. I have included the Statement of Informed Risk Form with this application.
