If you ed service desk recently to place a service ticket for a problem you may be having with your ipad, please check your to make sure you received a confirmation from service desk that they received it. If you did NOT, please send another to the service desk describing your problem (servicedesk@dasd.org). For any student that placed a SERVICE TICKET because they were missing the HAC app.. Please do a hard reset with your ipad. This can be done by pressing the power and home keys together at the same time. You will see a black screen appear after doing this and then the apple will appear indicating that your reset was successful. Check back after a couple of hours to see if the HAC app appears on your ipad. If not, please see Mrs. DiGiovanni in Room A111.
