Sanction #2323 Order of Events: All Modeling Events, Queen: Beginner in costume and Advanced in gown/dress, followed by Teams/Freestyles then Solo Events, and Duets. Facility Fee $15.00 per contestant (one fee per family) sent in with solo or team entry Deadline: Postmarked by April 20, Late fee of $10.00 no exceptions and only if the division is already open and has contestants competing- no telephone entries please. Awards: Teams 1 st thru 3 rd place trophies Queen 1 st thru 3 rd place trophies Solo Events 1 st place trophies 2 nd & 3 rd place medals. Novice Divisions 1 st thru 3 rd place medals as according to NBTA Rules Miss Majorette Events- 1 st thru 3 rd place plaques (Nov, Beg, Int.) 1 st thru 5 th place plaques (Adv. And College) 1 st place banners (all divisions) Numbers of awards will be increased if division warrants. Divisions may be eliminated if there is an insufficient amount of entries. MISS MAJORETTE AWARDS ANNOUNCED AT THE END OF THE CONTEST. PLEASE BE IN SOLO OR X-STRUT COSTUME for the awards ceremony and photographs. Nominations for Dorothy Barry Award to recognize a twirler who serves as a good role model to others through her sportsmanship and dedication to the sport. Please write a short page on the Twirler you are nominating, the reason for nomination and your name. Please submit your nomination in a sealed envelope with Dorothy Barry Award written on the outside. Contest Directors, officials and school district are not responsible for loss, accident or injury Parents/guardians are responsible for damage to the building and grounds. Property taken into the building is at own risk. Videotaping-ONLY parent/coach videotaping own child allowed. Flash photography is not permitted and only photographing of your own child/student is allowed. NBTA judges, their decisions are final.
