Touch A Truck Summer Evening July 15, 2009, to be confirmed. Location-H S Annex. Get up close & personal with many of our town s favorite vehicles. Neptune Day (To be confirmed) Usually the Saturday after Labor Day. Time-12noon to 5pm. Location Neptune Blvd. at the front of the Municipal Complex. Fun for the entire family. Fireworks, crafts, circus, attractions, games, vendors, and food. Spaces available through the Recreation Office Halloween Friday, October 30, Time-6pm. Location TBA. Ages Kindergarten to 5th grade. Wear your costumes. Magic show, movie, DJ music, and treat bags. Holiday Tree December 4, 2009, to be confirmed. Time-6pm. Lighting Location Neptune Municipal Complex. Pictures with Santa, music, refreshments. Holiday House Judging will be December 16, Decorate your home in the holiday spirit. Decorating Judged by the Neptune Recreation Committee. Volunteers If you re serious about helping, the Recreation Committee (comprised of volunteer representatives from various sports groups and homeowners associations, and interested residents) supports the efforts of the Recreation Department by assisting with recreation special events, and by making suggestions for improvements to programs and park facilities.
