This began on August 31st. Our district nurse (Tina), will be available the last Wednesday of every month from 3-4pm in the student services office. Anyone needing a TB test can drop in during that time for her to administer the questionnaire. Please come in when you get your first reminder 3 months before it expires, so that you have enough time to obtain a test should you not pass the questionnaire. Please fill out the information and have your child return the bottom portion along with payment to their teacher. If you will be paying by check, please make the check payable to Monticello School. If you are paying cash, please have correct change as we do not keep change in the office. Our yearbooks will be HARD COVER with FULL COLOR versus a soft cover as in previous years. The price will be $22.00 until December 16th. As of January 3rd the cost will be $25.00 per book. We will be pre-ordering our Monticello Yearbook s.
