2 6th Grade Collecting Items for Easter Basket The 6th graders are still accepting gently used toys, stuffed animals, individually wrapped candy and other goodies for their annual Easter Basket Drive. They will also need volunteers to help assemble the baskets on March 16, after mass. If you'd like to help, please Mrs. Cox or Mrs. Necaise March Lunch Menu Class Lunch Times If you'd like to submit an announcement to be included in the weekly newsletter, please no later than Thursday by 3 p.m. Visit the Easter Bunny at SVS Come celebrate the Lenten and Easter season with the Knights of Columbus. The KCs hold a fish fry every Friday night in the SVS cafeteria. They also have some fun events planned for the whole family: March 16: Easter bunny visits SVS. Let your child take professional pictures with live bunnies, starting at 5 p.m. And then join the Easter bunny for an egg hunt starting at 6 p.m. Congratulations to our Box Tops Winners The PTO wants to thank all of the families that participated in the spring Box Top drive. This submission earned the school $279. The top 3 classes that sent in the most box tops were: 1st: Cox 2nd: Moore 3rd: Mink And don't stop clipping. Collect those box tops and save them for the next drive. Every bit counts! Upcoming PTO Events The PTO has a lot of great events planned for this spring, and we want to give you a heads up of what's ahead. Family Bingo Night on March 28. Dinner for purchase. Mother-Daughter Painting Event in April (exact date TBD) Father-Son STEM Day is Sunday, May 6 (tentative) Please look out for more details as the dates near.

3 Get Ready for a Knight to Remember The annual school auction is gearing up for "A Knight to Remember" (formerly known as Boogie on the Beach). Step back into the Roaring 20s with live music, food and drinks. The event will be held April 20 at Oak Crest Mansion. The committee is in need of auction items and sponsorships. A sponsorship form is available on the school website, so pass it around to all the businesses you know! And keep a lookout for more event details to come. Support our School Brick Walkway - Are you looking for a way to honor your child or another loved one? Consider purchasing a brick with their name on it to add to the walkway in front of the school. It's truly a memorable gift that will last for years to come! Download the sponsorship form. Fleece Jackets with the SVS crest are now available and can be worn in the classrooms. You can pick up order forms at the front office or download it here. Proceeds benefit the enrollment/pr committees. Birthday Book Club is a great way to support our library and remember your child's special day! Feel free to wrap a new book, preferably library bound or hardback, and have your child present their book to the school at Prayer and Pledge on their birthday! A special sticker will be placed in the front of the book to honor your child s donation. Honor a Loved One with the Sanctuary Light - If you would like to have the light in the chapel burn in honor or in memory of a loved one and have them remembered at Prayer & Pledge for the week, please submit his/her name and the date you'd like the light to burn along with a $5 donation to the front office. This is a wonderful way to honor someone special. Rewards Programs - There are lots of ways to support our school with your everyday purchases. Check out all the opportunities on the school Website. You can also help by volunteering to hearing codes from Coke Bottle Tops. Pick up a bag from the front office (instructions included) or and we will send a bag of bottle caps home with your child next week. Thank you! Prayer and Pledge is held in the gym at 7:50 a.m., Monday through Thursday. All families are invited to attend.
