At St. John however, we will highlight and discuss the importance of overall positive habits and life choices that contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Among the classes will be discussions about the importance of consuming healthy food and beverages, being an active individual, and the importance of sleep. Likewise, I have included some links to a few resources below that can help you discuss healthy habits with your child at home. Every Wednesday at lunchtime, students are invited to join Mr. Rathje in he music room for open discussions on music. During these informal lunch meetings we will cover music throughout the ages (from Bach to Beyoncé and beyond), as well as dive into the chance to discuss and critique music we listen to. Students will also have the chance to compose their own works utilizing melody, harmony, and rhythm. All students are welcome whenever! CASINO NIGHT Come out for a night of casino night fun with your Shamrock family to support our CYO cheerleaders and school PTG on Friday, Oct. 20 th! This even is open to the public so bring your friends! Pre-sale tickets will be available until Thursday, Oct. 19 th. Prices go up the night of the event.
