Childcare will be provided for children ages Memorial Open Weight Room Tighten and tone your muscles through light weight lifting; Monday-Friday; 10am-2pm & 6pm-7pm North Macon Tae Kwon Do for Kids Challenge your kids physically while enhancing their spirit and life. This form of martial arts is a sure fire way to encourage discipline and motivate children to choose healthy lifestyle choices.
