2 1 Past and present The manufacturer of the PPE equipment RAPID, company SNAHA was based shortly after the liberation of Czechoslovakia Therefore, no longer writes his more than sixty history. First as a production team in modern history after 1989 as a joint-stock company. In the production range prevailed from the very establishment of the products of daily use produced in small batches, mainly in the form of handmade. The most commonly used material was a natural leader. The most popular products company certainly has been one of many decades durable medical shoes. Philosophy COMPANY PROFILE The basic phylosophy of manufacturer PPE equipment RAPID is simple. 3 2 Fall protection equipment Personal protective equipment against falls from a heights (PPE) has been manufacturing in SNAHA for more than forty years. Current product range RAPID begins from work positioning equipment (EN 358) throught simple body harnesses (EN 361) up to comfortable full body harnesses with both, work positioning (EN 358) as well as fall protection (EN 361). All harnesses, work positioning belts manufactured by SNAHA are fully compatible with lanyards, energy absorbers, fall aresters and others PPEs. All PPEs manufactured by SNAHA have been developing in close cooperation with notificated body, tested in laboratory during the strict certification process and finaly certificated according CE standards. All raw materials for manufacturing PPEs made by SNAHA has been delivering by domestic, european and world well known producers and are periodicly controled. Recommended life cycle of PPEs manufactured by SNAHA on range RAPID is 5 years. According EN 365 is necessary to providing regular periodic inspections every 12 months.
