It should be designed to contain mental concepts such as setting a target and achieving the target, ensure part-whole perception, encountering and dealing with problems, decision making, acting,

3 perceive similarities and differences and use them for a purpose, helping each other and collaboration, and support cognitive development of users. It shall enable free movement of user. It shall be designed in a manner that does not limit user s imagination. It shall include game richness that will support physical and mental development of users. It shall be designed for +7 age group. SAND BLASTING AND ELECTROSTATIC POWDER PAINT SPECIFICATIONS Sand Blasting: Sand blasting procedure is a surface cleaning process that strengthens fixation of the paint on metal surface and completely removes undesired flaws on surface such as stain, oil, welding burrs. Before electrostatic paint application, metal material shall be sand blasted by S330/390 type steel grids for 4-5 minutes for surface cleaning. Sand blasting work shall be at TS EN ISO SA 2,5 standard qualifications. Oil removing and phosphate flushing process: Metal products hung in automatic painting system shall be cleaned using pressurized liquid chemicals in "oil and "phosphate bath at 80 degrees. Rinsing: Cleaned metal products shall be rinsed using liquid chemicals with passivation additives and high pressure water. Drying: Rinsed metal products shall be dried in dryer ovens at degrees with hot air to remove the dampness on product surface after rinsing process. Painting: Dried metal products brought to painting chamber shall be coated with polyester based lead-free powder paint in micron thickness using automatic electrostatic paint guns, and any areas with weak paint fixation shall be manually supported. Metal coatings must conform to "TS EN ARTICLE HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES class. (Example: Zinc, sulfur, chrome, lead, carbon etc. rates shall be less than 1%). Oven Curing: Painted metal products shall be cured in ovens at degrees for 10 minutes. 480 hours positive test report for the metal products painted using electrostatic powder paint indicating their resistance to corrosion under outdoor conditions in accordance with TSE EN ISO 9227 and TSE EN ISO standards shall be submitted within tender file. The report shall be obtained from a laboratory certified by Turkish Accreditation Body. A test report indicating that the metal products painted using electrostatic powder pain do not contain any material hazardous to children health according to TSE EN 71-3 standards shall be submitted within tender file. Report shall be obtained from a laboratory certified by Turkish Accreditation Body. POLYETHYLENE MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS It shall be made of self-colored, low density polyethylene (LLDPE - Linear Low Density Polyethylene) material using rotation molding method in solid form. A positive test report indicating polyethylene products resistance to discoloration according to ISO 105 B02:1994 standard requirements shall be submitted within tender file. Report must be obtained from a laboratory certified by Turkish Accreditation Body.

4 Ant,-static powder additive should be included in polyethylene in order to prevent static electric. Product wall thickness shall be minimum > 6 mm in sections of the material exposed to pressure and friction; and shall be minimum > 4 mm for barrier and shade products which are not exposed to any pressure. The molds used in polyethylene material production shall be sand-blasted and Teflon coated in order to ensure flawless product surface quality, achieve bright colors and to prevent scratches and deformations that may occur during use. The fringes on mold joint sections of polyethylene material shall be trimmed and made smooth to prevent user safety risks. A test report indicating that polyethylene products are free of hazardous substances detrimental for children s health shall be submitted within tender file pursuant to TSE EN 71-3 standard requirements. Report must be obtained from a laboratory certified by Turkish Accreditation Body. 1. Three Legged Tower: Pipes in 114mm diameter shall be cut in 330cm length, and curved in suitable spinning frame in order to build the structure depicted in the following technical drawing. Legs of the structure shall have a round form in 200cm diameter. A 3 armed cover made of polyethylene material shall be used on top of the structure to cover installation components and give and aesthetic appearance to the product. In order to enable climbing activity inside the tower, 6 rope systems with knot climbing apparatus shall be connected and fixed to bottom and top rings 2. Polyethylene Cactus Climber: * Cactus climber product shall be made of self-colored, low density polyethylene material using rotation method. (hdpe, wooden, metal, fiberglass, composite etc. materials shall not be accepted.) * The products shall be constituted of minimum 9 each polyethylene climber element with tree figure, each made in minimum 4 kg weight using rotation method. * Climbing elements shall be in 50cm height and 40cm diameter. * Climbing elements shall be made in a form that will not constrain balancing of the user.

5 * Climbing element surface shall include patterns that will prevent slipping of users. * Climbing elements shall be fixed on thin pipes using polyamide clamps to prevent rotation around their own axis. * Product surface shall be free of any grinding, welding marks resulting from the mold or any roughness that user s hand may get caught. 3. (hdpe, wooden, metal, fiberglass, composite etc. materials shall not be accepted.) Product shall be included in the system using pipes in 114mm diameter and 2,5mm wall-thickness. Product shall be constituted of minimum 2 polyethylene bridge parts in 125cmx85cm dimensions. Polyethylene bridge parts shall be fixed on pipes in 114 diameter using 16mm ropes. Polyethylene bridge part shall be made of low density polyethylene material using rotation method in minimum 20 kg weight, shall have double-wall and shall be self-colored. Polyethylene part surface shall include oval formed intrusions and protrusions to ease climbing. Product surface shall be free of any sharp corners, grinding and welding marks resulting from the mold or any roughness that user s hand may

7 get caught and endanger user safety. 6. Polyethylene Quartet Ring Polyethylene Quartet Ring product shall be made of self-colored, low density polyethylene material using rotation molding method. (hdpe, wooden, metal, fiberglass, composite etc. materials shall not be accepted.) The product shall be made in 105cm external diameter and 50cm internal hole diameter and in total of minimum 10 kg weight. Product shall contain minimum 4 transition elements. Product shall be included in the system using pipes in 114mm diameter and 5mm wall-thickness. Transition elements shall be fixed on pipes in 114 mm diameter using 16mm ropes. Product surface shall be free of any grinding, welding marks resulting from the mold or any roughness that user s hand may get caught. 7. Polyethylene Single Ring: Single Ring product shall be made of self-colored, low density polyethylene material using rotation molding method. (hdpe, wooden, metal, fiberglass, composite etc. materials shall not be accepted.) The product shall be made in 105cm external diameter and 50cm internal hole

8 diameter and in total of minimum 10 kg weight. Polyethylene Product shall be fixed inside a cage made of 48x3mm pipes using 16mm rope material. Product shall be constituted of combining 16mm rope material with polyamide connectors. Product shall be surrounded with pipe frame in 48mm diameter. Product shall be connected to pipes in 114mm diameter by polyamide clamps. Rope system shall be fixed using Polyamide X connector, Clinger, Eyebolt and aluminum collets. 8. Rope climbing cages : Product shall be made by connecting 16mm rope material using polyamide connectors. Product shall be surrounded with a pipe frame in 48mm diameter. Product shall be connected to pipes in 114mm diameter using polyamide clamps. Rope system shall be connected using Polyamide X connector, Clinger, Eyebolt and aluminum collets. In order to prevent detachment of the ropes used in climber system, aluminum fixtures shall be selected from a series suitable for cold-forming Aluminum collets shall be pressed using 150 tons press to ensure a nondetachable connection.

9 9. Hdpe Wall Climber: Product shall be made of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) panel material in minimum 15mm thickness. HDPE panels shall be self-colored in two colors, externally fixed or painted materials shall not be used. Short HDPE climbing wall dimensions shall be minimum 100 cm x 160 cm +/ 10cm. Long HDPE climbing wall dimensions shall be minimum 160 cm x 210 cm +/10cm. Perforations in dimensions conforming to TSE norms shall be drilled on the product to ease climbing. HDPE figures shall be designed with patterns addressing children s. Various climbing perforations and patterns shall be carved in 2mm depth on HDPE panels using CNC machine to create the figures. HDPE Climbing walls shall be connected in dismantled form on Ø114mm pipes using polyamide clamp sets and sleeves. HDPE sheets shall be supported by a frame made of 48x3mm pipe to prevent bending and twisting. Short 9. Polyethylene S climbing set: Medium

Climbing element shall be designed in 245cm length, 30cm width and in minimum 15 kg weight, made of double-walled polyethylene material in S form. 3 Polyethylene elements, each in minimum 3kg weight, shall be used at entrance section of the climber to function as stairs. Entrance section of the product shall be constituted of pipes in appropriate diameter. All metal components shall be painted using electrostatic paint 11. Polyethylene Triangle Climber: Climber product shall be made of self-colored, low density polyethylene material using rotation molding method. (hdpe, wooden, metal, fiberglass, composite etc. materials shall not be accepted.) Triangle Climber product shall be made in minimum 12 kg weight. Product shall be fixed to the floor using 3 each 114x2,5mm pipe and flanges. 12. Polyethylene Star Twister Star twister steps and handle components shall be made of selfcolored, low density polyethylene material using rotation molding method. (hdpe, wooden, metal, fiberglass, composite etc. materials shall not be accepted.) It shall be designed to enable user to hang with hands and aid of feet and rotate around his/her own axis. Product shall be made of total 4 polyethylene parts constituted of 1 step and 3 side walls. Step section of the product shall be in 32cm diameter and made of

11 polyethylene in minimum 1,25 kg weight. Each side wall section of the product shall be made of polyethylene in minimum 1 kg weight. Handle sections of the product s side wall shall be made in minimum 40mm diameter in order for user to hold with comfort. Product shall be made to enable use of 3 persons at the same time. Product shall be designed free of sharp edges, corners or protrusions that may lead to injuries. Flanges in 10mm thickness and appropriate dimensions shall be used to connect the product to the floor. 13. Kangaroo Balance Equipment with Polyethylene Steps: * Step section of the product shall be made of self-colored, low density polyethylene material using rotation molding method. (hdpe, wooden, metal, fiberglass, composite etc. materials shall not be accepted.) * Product shall be furnished with a step section made of double-walled polyethylene material using rotation method in minimum 2,5 kg weight to facilitate balance of the user on product. * A flexible steel spring with 4-6 helical twists made of 60SiCr8 steel material with color options, helical steel spring in minimum Ø16mm. +/-0,10 mm diameter, Ø140+/-1 mm external diameter shall be used under the step. * Proximity measurement of two points during stretching of steel spring shall be minimum 15 mm. * Stretching capability of the spring shall be 30 or less to the tangent surface. (To prevent tipping) 14. Snacke Balance Equipment with Polyethylene Steps: * Step section of the product shall be made of self-colored, low density polyethylene material using rotation molding method. (hdpe, wooden, metal, fiberglass, composite etc. materials shall not be accepted.)

12 * Product shall be furnished with a step section made of double-walled polyethylene material using rotation method in minimum 2 kg weight to facilitate balance of the user on product. * Polyethylene step shall be produced in minimum 45x8 cm dimensions for user safety. * Steel pipes functioning as handle section shall be in minimum 48mm diameter and minimum 3,5 mm wall thickness and shall have a round cross section. * A flexible steel spring with 4-6 helical twists made of 60SiCr8 steel material with color options, helical steel spring in minimum Ø16mm. +/-0,10 mm diameter, Ø140+/-1 mm external diameter shall be used under the step. * Proximity measurement of two points during stretching of steel spring shall be minimum 15 mm. * Proximity measurement of two points during stretching of steel spring shall be minimum 15 mm. * Stretching capability of the spring shall be 30 or less to the tangent surface. Climbing elements shall be made in a form that will not constrain balancing of the user. Climbing element surface shall include patterns that will prevent slipping of users. The core and shaft components shall be made by grinding steel shaft in appropriate diameter and seamless steel pipe. Rotation action shall be ensured by 2 each bearings inside the core. Floor body component shall be made of 140x3mm pipe Polyethylene product shall be fixed to core assembly using 4 bolts.

13 16.Polyethylene Surf Balance Equipment with Seat and Spring: Product s step component shall be made of self-colored, low density polyethylene material using rotation molding method. (hdpe, wooden, metal, fiberglass, composite etc. materials shall not be accepted.) Total weight of the product produced by rotation method shall be minimum 2 kg. Product shall be designed in a manner that will not obstruct user s balance. Product surface shall have patterns that will prevent slipping of users. 17. Twister with Polyethylene Suspenders: PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Twister with Polyethylene Suspenders:

14 Twister handle section shall be made of self-colored, low density polyethylene material using rotation molding method. (hdpe, wooden, metal, fiberglass, composite etc. materials shall not be accepted.) Total weight of the product produced by rotation method shall be minimum 10 kg. Product shall be designed in a form to enable user easily hold on to the rotating suspender element. Handle sections of the product s side wall shall be made in minimum 40mm diameter in order for user to hold with comfort. Product shall be made to enable use of maximum 5 persons at the same time. Product shall be furnished with double handles per user to ensure comfortable use. Product shall be designed free of sharp edges, corners or protrusions that may lead to injuries Polyethylene Decoration: Weight of the product produced by rotation method shall be minimum 1,25 kg. 18. Polyethylene hopscotch Step: Product shall be made of self-colored, low density polyethylene material using rotation molding method. (hdpe, wooden, metal, fiberglass, composite etc. materials shall not be accepted.) Weight of the polyethylene product produced by rotation method shall be minimum 1,25 kg. Product shall be designed in a manner that will not obstruct user s balance. Product surface shall have patterns that will prevent slipping of users. Product shall have 30cm diameter and 20 cm height. Polyethylene ivy climber:

15 19. Polyethylene Ivy Climber: Climber element shall be made of double-walled low density polyethylene material using rotation method in minimum 8 kg weight. (hdpe, wooden, metal, fiberglass, composite etc. materials shall not be accepted.) Product shall be designed to be inserted to 114mm pipe. Climber component shall be in 140cm length and 22 cm height. Three-armed polyethylene cover: The product shall be constituted of two parts, top and bottom parts, and shall be made of polyethylene material in total of 2,5 kg weight. The product shall be used to eliminate visual pollution and to cover connection points on joint sections of tower pipes in 114mm diameter Product shall have 85cm diameter and 114mm inner arm width.

16 20. Polyethylene decorative plug Product shall be produced as a solid piece using blow-molding method from high density polyethylene material. Product shall be made in 4-6 mm wall thickness and in appropriate diameters to match tower pipes in 114mm diameter. Product shall be designed according to following technical drawing. Enable parents to see the user that is sliding down inside the slide. Enable user to see outside while sliding down. Technical Specifications: Density: 1,2 gr/cm3...(iso 1183) Elasticity Module: 2400 Mpa... (ISO 527-1_ ISO ) Yield strength: 63 Mpa. (ISO 527-1_ ISO ) It shall be non-flammable. It shall have UL94 specifications. It should be free of hazardous compounds. (MSDS Report) CLIMBING APPARAT Technical specifications: Each part shall be designed to continue the form of other part. Product free fall height shall be designed as 230 cm. Climbing surface shall be furnished with ergonomic holding slots for user s hands and feet.

19 Climbing wall shall be produced from self-colored linear low density polyethylene with double-wall in 115X115cm±10 cm dimensions and min. 12 kg weight. Climbing transition wall shall be produced from self-colored linear low density polyethylene with double-wall in 115X115cm±10 cm dimensions and min. 11 kg weight. Size of the slots on the climbing wall shall be designed in accordance with TSE General Safety Rules (head- neck jamming).. Clamp : Clamps in U-form designed to fit installation slots shall be used to interconnect climbing walls. U-form clamp shall be made of thermoplastic polyurethane material with high abrasion resistance in min. 5mm wall thickness. 4 Each Geomet coated M8 roundhead bolts, nuts and washers shall be used to fix the clamps on to the product. SLIDE WITH CONNECTED PARTS: It shall be made of linear low density polyethylene to be connected to platforms at 90±10cm height, shall have double-wall, shall be in minimum 42 kg weight, and shall be self-colored. Sloped slide with 3 each connected parts shall be constituted of 3 parts connected by aid of fixture elements. Entrance section :1 each (20 kg weight, 117x117x85cm dimensions) Middle extension section : 1 each (10 kg weight, 65x62x31cm dimensions) Exit section :1 each (12kg weight, 85x62x31cm dimensions) Connection sections of the parts shall be produced in accordance with safety standards and shall not contain gaps that may endanger user safety. Slide shall be constituted of parts in minimum two colors. In case any section of the slide is damaged such as burns, breaks due to external factors and require replacement, it shall enable replacement of deformed section rather than the entire slide and thus, offer economical advantages to the administration. The slide shall be produced according to TS EN safety standards

20 SLIDE WITH CONNECTED PARTS: It shall be made of linear low density polyethylene to be connected to platforms at 190±10cm height, shall have double-wall, shall be in minimum 77 kg weight, and shall be self-colored. Sloped slide with 5 each connected parts shall be constituted of 3 parts connected by aid of fixture elements. Entrance section :1 each (20 kg weight, 117x117x85cm dimensions) Small Middle extension section : 1 each (5 kg weight, 32x32x62cm dimensions) Middle extension section : 1 each (10 kg weight, 65x62x31cm dimensions) Exit section :1 each (12kg weight, 85x62x31cm dimensions) Connection sections of the parts shall be produced in accordance with safety standards and shall not contain gaps that may endanger user safety. Climbing stairs designed in a curve form shall be supported by 2 each 42mm pipes and these supports shall be welded to the 10mm thick flanges in circle form on both sides. Rope connections shall be inserted through clinger and eyebolt, and fixed by pressing under 150 tons press. Grid cage system shall be designed to facilitate climbing up to 160 cm height. Break load of the ropes used in transition grid cage system shall be minimum 4400kg.

24 Apparatus for use in climbing ropes X Connector: It shall be used at the points where two ropes in 16mm or 18mm diameter intersect and where the ropes are not terminated. Product shall be made of polyamide material. Product shall be fixed to rope material using 2 each 4,2x45mm torque screws. Polyamide X Connector Clinger: In order to prevent rope damage, it shall be used by inserting through eyebolt. Product shall be made of polyamide material. EYEBOLT: M10 galvanized eyebolts made by hot-forging shall be used to connect rope systems to the pipes. Eyebolts shall be galvanized. The rope shall be inserted and turned through the ring with the aid of cringle.

25 0 16 mm STEEL CORE ROPE: Twisted rope shall be in Ø 16 mm. diameter. Each rope shall be constituted of 6 steel rope twists made of 12 steel fibers around a core made of polyamide material fibers. Steel core rope shall be constituted of total 72 reinforced steel fibers. Breaking load of the rope shall be minimum 4400 kg. It shall contain ultraviolet stabilizer. Neither materials nor the paint shall contain toxic substances. The rope shall be covered in twisted polyamide threads. Steel ropes shall remain in the core of polyamide threads and shall not contact the user. Steel Ropes cutaway BOLTS, NUTS AND WASHERS: Fixtures used in fitness equipment (bolts, washers and nuts) shall have Geomet B321 Plus coating for protection against corrosion. Fitness equipment group shall not contain any nut or bolt protrusion. All nuts in fitness equipment group shall be fiber nut. GROUND MOUNTING Steel ropes shall remain in the core of polyamide threads and shall not

26 contact the user. Connection flanges shown in the Picture shall be used to install products n concrete floor. Installation shall be completed by placing 2 pull-dowels through flanges to the floor. Cold-formed M12 clip-on pull dowels made of 5µm zinc coated carbon steel shall be used. 22. Polyamide Clamp Set: The clamps to be used to connect load bearing pipes of climbing elements to the pipes in 114mm diameter shall be made of polyamide material in minimum 1 kg weight. Product shall be designed to enable non-welded installation. Product should be produced with joint and joint cover bearing in order to enable angled connection. Round head screws shall be used to fix clamps. Screw tips shall not protrude from the nuts to prevent user injury. Details of installation on concrete floor: The installation area shall be furnished with levelled C20 quality concrete. A flange in 5 mm thickness and minimum 230mm diameter shall be welded around floor end of tower pipes. Once the fitness equipment is installed at correct level, they shall be fixed on the floor using 3 each M12 steel dowels from the flanges on the pipe. The steel dowels shall be M12 clip-on pull dowel made of 5pm zinc coated carbon steel cold worked steel dowels for user safety.
