ANNOUNCEMENT The HASK MLADOST is pleased t annunce the 15th Mladst trphy 2014., an internatinal cmpetitin in figure skating fr Senir Ladies and Men, Junir Ladies and Men, Advance Nvice, Pairs Skating categry Nvices and Junir and interclub cpmpetitin fr Nvice B, Nvice A, Cubs, Chicks. 2. GENERAL REGULATIONS The 15th Mladst trphy 2014 will be cnducted in accrdance with the ISU Cnstitutin and General Regulatins 2012, the Special Regulatins fr Single & Pair Skating, the Technical Rules Single and Pair Skating 2012 as well as all pertinent ISU Cmmunicatins. Participatin in 15th Mladst trphy 2014 is pen t all cmpetitrs wh belng t an ISU Member, Rule 109, paragraph 1, and qualify with regard t eligibility, accrding t Rule 102, prvided their ages fall within the limits specified in Rule 108, paragraph 2) and they meet the participatin, citizenship and residency requirements in Rule 109, paragraphs 1 thrugh 5 and relevant ISU Cmmunicatin r any update f it. Passprts f the skaters, must be presented at the accreditatin. Cmpetitrs taking part in Advanced Nv ice, Junir and Senir categry must be entered thrugh their respective Member Federatin. Entries fr yung categries (Basic Nvice and yunger) may be accepted by clubs, which are members f Natinal Figure Skating Federatins, assciated with the ISU. 3. TECHNICAL DATA All Cmpetitin Events and Official Prectices will take place in Cmpetitin Arena Velesajam (size 60 x 30 meters). Velesajam is an indr, heated, artificial ice surface. There may be up t tw (2) jump cmbinatins r sequences. A Jump cmbinatin can cntain nly tw (2) jumps. A jump sequence can cntain any number f jumps, but nly tw mst difficult jumps will be cunted. Only tw (2) jumps with tw and a half (2½) r mre revlutins can be repeated either in a jump cmbinatin r in a jump sequence.

There may be up t tw (2) jump cmbinatins r sequences. A jump cmbinatin can cntain nly tw (2) jumps. A jump sequence can cntain any number f jumps, but nly tw mst difficult jumps will be cunted. The Prgram Cmpnents are nly judged in Skating Skills Perfrmance/Executin Interpretatin The factrs fr the Prgram Cmpnents is Free Skating - fr bys 2,0 - fr girls 1.7 The same ISU Rules regarding judging, refereeing and the wrk f the Technical Panel apply as in Junir and Senir Internatinal Cmpetitins CUBS Categries Brn in free skating nly Girls: 2 min +/- 10 sec Bys:2 min 30 sec +/- 10 sec A well balanced Free Skating prgram fr Singles must cntain: a) Maximum f 4 jump elements fr Girls and 5 jump elements fr Bys ne f which must be an Axel type jump. There may be up t tw (2) jump cmbinatins r sequences. Jump cmbinatins can cntain nly tw (2) jumps.

7 A jump sequence can cntain any number f jumps, but nly tw mst difficult jumps will be cunted. Triple jumps are nt permitted. b) There must be a maximum f tw (2) spins f a different nature (abbreviatin), ne f which must be a spin cmbinatin with r withut change f ft (minimum f six (6) revlutins in ttal) and ne spin with n change f psitin and with r withut change f ft (minimum f six (6) revlutins in ttal). Flying entry is allwed. There must be a maximum: (i) fr Girls ne (1) chregraphic sequence which includes at least ne (1) spiral psitin at least three (3) secnds lng. The sequence will have a fixed Base value and evaluated in GOE nly. (ii) fr Bys maximum f ne (1) step sequence withut Level value. The sequence will have a fixed Base value and evaluated in GOE nly. Maximum f 4 jump elements fr Girls and maximum f 5 jump elements fr Bys and there may be up t ne (1) jump cmbinatin r sequence. Jump cmbinatin can cntain nly tw (2) jumps. A jump sequence can cntain any number f jumps, but nly tw mst difficult jumps will be cunted. b. There must be maximum (2) spins, ne f which must be spin in ne psitin withut change f ft (minimum f three (3) revlutins), type f secnd spin is ptinal. c. 8 In case f t many entries the rganizing cmmittee reserves the right tlimit the number f participants and/r split grups accrding age in Basic Nvice A + B and yunger categries. 4. ENTRIES Citizen / Residence requirements and Clearance Prcedure In accrdance with Rule 109 f ISU Regulatins and ISU Cmmunicatin 1420 r any update f it, all skaters wh d nt have the natinality f the Member by which they have been entered r wh, althugh having such natinality, have in the past represented anther Member, must prduce an ISU Clearance Certificate upn registratin. Entry Frms shuld be used! The rganizing club reserves the right t limit the number f cmpetitrs and judges, if need be, and t accept mre cmpetitrs in every categry ENTRIES by Number Entries indicating the number f skaters in the disciplines cncerned and judges must be made nt later than January 30th, In case n entry is received by it will be assumed that yur federatin will nt participate ENTRIES by Name Entries by name f Skaters must be made nt later than February 15th 20:00 pm (SUN) 2014 t the fllwing address via by nline entry system. HASK Mladst - entries@mladst-trphy.cm 4.3. ENTRIES f Judges Each participating ISU Member may nminate ne ISU r Internatinal Judge and ne substitute Judge. The fficial entry frm fr Judges must reach the Organizing Cmmittee nt later than January 30th, Fr Basic Nvice and Yung Categries Judges (Natinal Champinships) will be accepted. (ISU Cmm. 1760). The Panels will be drawn immediately after the clsing f entries. The members cncerned will then be ntified f the result f the draw. Each panel f Judges will cnsist f 5 Judges, in categries Cubs thrugh Basic Nvice B, panels f 3 judges may be used. 5. PRESENTATION OF MEDALS The three best-placed Skaters/Cuples in each event will be annunced and hnred. Gld, silver and brnze medals will be presented t the medalists. All participants: diplma

ENTRY FEES Senir, Junir, Advance Nvice (EURO) 55 Junir and Advance Nvice pairs (EURO) 80 Basic Nvice, Cubs, Chicks (EURO) 45 Fr entries after the entry deadline an additinal surcharge f 20 (EUR) has t be paid. Organizer reserves the right nt t accept entries after the deadline. Entry fee have t be paid befre the cmpetitin by banktransfer t the rganizing cmmittee. Invices will be sent after Entries there is n pay back f entry fee s pssible. The entry fee has t be paid nt later than February 20th MUSIC / PLANNED PROGRAM CONTENT All Cmpetitrs shall furnish cmpetitin music f excellent quality n CD frmat, in accrdance with Rule 343, paragraph 1. In accrdance with Rule 343, paragraph 1, all discs must shw the Cmpetitin event, Cmpetitr s name, the Natin and the exact running time f the music (nt skating time) including any starting signal and must be submitted at the time f registratin. Each prgram (shrt prgram, free skating, shrt dance, free dance) must be recrded n a separate disc. In additin cmpetitrs/cuples must prvide a back-up drive fr each prgram. Tgether with the entry frms, the Prgram Cntent Sheet must be returned t the Organizing Cmmittee in time. It is mandatry that the Prgram Cntent Sheet must be filled in precisely by each Skater in English using the terminlgy fr the elements listed in the respective ISU Cmmunicatin. 8. EXPENSES The expenses fr rms and meals f the Team Leaders, Cmpetitrs and ther Team fficials will nt be cvered by the rganizer and are n the accunt f the teams. The expenses f the htel accmmdatin n full bard basis will be cvered fr Referees, ne Judge, f each entered ISU Member, fr the nminated Technical Cntrllers and the Technical Specialists, Data / Vide Operatrs. Travel fees will nly be paid t the nminated Referees, Technical Cntrllers, Technical Specialists and Data / Vide Operatrs based n ecnmy fare. All extra expenses incurred by any fficial will be the respnsibility f that persn and must be paid prir departure. 9. TRANSPORTATION package This year we have arranged a transprtatin package deal fr yu, fr which we have t ask yu 40 per persn, payable tgether with the entrance fee. All team members, except invited fficials and judges have t pay this transprtatin fee. Included in the fee is: - transfer frm and t airprt Zagreb - shuttle service frm Thursday 20 March till Sunday 24 March between the fficial htel and the ice rink The shuttle will run at 1 hur intervals and the transfer will take abut 30 minutes r a little less. All invited Officials, Judges, Cmpetitrs, Team Leaders, Team Officials and Caches taking part in the cmpetitin are requested t annunce t the Organizing Cmmittee as sn as pssible but n later than February 25th 2014., the name f the airlines, flight numbers, dates and times f arrival at

Transprtatin frm must be send nt later than February 25th, INSURANCE / LIABILITY In accrdance with Rule 119, it is the sle respnsibility f each Member participating in the Mladst rphy, t prvide medical and accident insurance fr their athletes, fficials and all ther members f the member s team. Such insurance must assure full medical attendance and als the return t the hme cuntry by air transprt r by ther expeditius means f the ill r injured persn. The Organizer assumes n respnsibility fr r liability with respect t bdily r persnal injury r prperty damage incurred in cnnectin incurred by Cmpetitrs r Officials. The Organizer will prvide Medical Emergency Aid during the Cmpetitin. 11. ACCOMODATION Htel frm shuld be used!
