3 Age groups Belgian Open Saturday March 24 th : 1. Youth L8 : - born 2004 and younger - All-around competition with straight-line, spiral and vault 2. Junior L9 : - born All-around competition with straight-line, spiral and vault 3. Elite L10 : - born 1999 and older - All-around competition with straight-line with music, spiral and vault For the international Belgian-Open the latest version of the IRV Competition Rules ( will be valid for all 3 disciplines At the international Belgian-Open, there will only be all-around competition. Male and Female gymnasts will be mixed in all age groups! The national anthem of the country from each of the 3 winners will be played during award ceremony.

4 Age groups Eupen Pokal Sunday March 25 th : 1. Beginners straight-line :. Straight-line routine composed of 6 different elements, without any composition requirements - Only execution is judged starting from 6 points. (No difficulty, no composition). 2. Straight-line age group 7/8 : born 2010 and younger 3. Straight-line age group 9/10 : born Straight-line age group 11/12 : born Straight-line age group 13/14 : born Straight-line age group 15/16 : born Straight-line age group 17/18 : born Straight-line age group 19+ : born 1999 and older 9. Additional competition spiral youth : born 2004 and younger - 1x spiral routine - 3 elements - No composition requirements 10. Additional competition spiral juniors : born x spiral routine - 4 elements - No composition requirements o 11. Additional competition spiral adults : born 1999 and older - 1x spiral routine - 6 elements - No composition requirements 12. Additional competition vault youth : born 2004 and younger - Best of 2x jumps 13. Additional competition vault juniors : born Best of 2x jumps 14. Additional competition vault adults : born 1999 and older - Best of 2x jumps For the Eupen-Pokal 2 straight-line routines will be performed in each category. These 2 straight-line routines can be the same or different. Only the highest score of the 2 routines will be counted for the results and the ranking. (Only for Eupen Pokal and not for Belgian-Open) In all competitions, the latest version of the IRV Competition Rules ( will be valid with open difficulty.

5 Accommodation: Group accommodation including breakfast will be offered for 9 per person per night. Please bring a mattress and sleeping bag. Judges will not have to pay for the group accommodation. The accomodation will be in a gym on the same site than the competition hall. It is not the same accomodation than last year. Please specify on your registration the approximate number of people who wants to use the group accommodation. Dinner : After the competition on Saturday evening all participants, coaches, judges, photographs, fans, will have dinner together. The dinner is a buffet and will cost 12,50 Euro per person. Judges will not have to pay for the dinner. We also have choices for vegetarian. Please specify on your registration the approximate number of people who will join for dinner. 6 Judges : For the Eupen Pokal, each club has to bring one judge! Please specify with the registration which disciplines the judge is able to judge. If a club has no judge, the competition fee for the club will be increased by 25. Clubs that bring more than one judge get a discount of 25 per additional judge on the competition fee. For the Belgian-Open each club has to bring one judge with appropriate qualification! If there are more than five gymnasts, a second judge will be necessary! If a judge is missing, the competition fee will be doubled! For the Belgian-Open, the judges has to wear the following clothes : - Black long trousers - Black Jacket/Blazer - White blouse/shirt - Black shoes (No high heels!)
