We have outlined our tentative schedule for this weekend to ensure that everyone will have a great experience at our event. Please let us know if you have any questions or require any assistance. 5 Jacksonville Star Ball Pro/Am Scholarship and Solo/Showcase Entry Form Studio: Contact Person Gentleman Lady The Teachers Challenge The Teachers Challenge Rhythm(C/R/M) The Teachers Challenge Smooth(W/T/VW) 1 st Place - $300 2 nd Place - $200 3 rd Place - $100 American Style Scholarships American Smooth O/C Scholarship (W/T/FT/VW) American Smooth JR Scholarship (W/T/FT/VW) American Rhythm O/C Scholarship (C/R/SW/B/MA) American Rhythm JR Scholarship (C/R/SW/B/MA) Adult Scholarships are open to 18 and above with no age divisions. Students must do 10 free styles for each scholarship they dance. Scholarships are not included in the teacher s Pot-of-Gold or Top Teacher. Scholarship Prize Money is never reduced regardless of the number of couples entered. Adult Scholarship Awards 1 st Place - $300 2 nd Place - $200 3 rd Place - $100 Junior Scholarship Awards 1 st Place - $100 2 nd Place - $50 3 rd Place - $35

6 Maximum Heat Entry Form To allow teachers to capitalize on maximum amount of entries in one day, we are limiting the total amount of heats available. Below are the total numbers of heats that each teacher can do at the Jacksonville Star Ball. We are combining American and International Styles, so please be aware that the tempo may be slightly different. Use this form to guide you when filling out your entry forms. Amateur couples do not count in this form.
