The program is free and open to the public. The Collegiate peaks Anglers Board of Directors will meet at 4:45 p.m., same day, same location and is open to the public. SHOW AND TELL Location, Location, Location. This is the time of the year when avid anglers begin contemplating new and interesting places to travel to fish or explore, or both. So this month's program is designed to whet those appetites in planning for next season's opportunities. You won't want to miss this member's show and tell program which will feature 5 or 6 short photo and video presentations of where members traveled this year, the fishing they enjoyed, and how you might do a similar trip in the future. Five chapter members will present vignettes of such locations as Wyoming's Hams Fork, Colorado's Conejos River, Northern Saskatchewan, New Zealand, and Alaska's Naknek River. Each segment will briefly discuss how to get there, costs, timing, and features other than the fishing. There will be plenty of time for questions during the presentations and after the program as well. So If you have been thinking about traveling next year, whether relatively close to home or to great distances, here might be

A social hour with refreshments starts at 6:30 pm, which provides an opportunity for members, visitors and guests to exchange the latest fishing and conservation experiences or observations. The public is invited and welcome to join the Collegiate Peaks Chapter of Trout Unlimited for an evening involving the latest information concerning cold water resources. River Lore Ice in the guides Ice on the line It's a signal; Neoprene time. The Collegiate Peak Anglers Chapter of TU has an awesome group of ladies in their ranks - the FlyGals. FlyGals host great events like Companion Fishing, where more experienced women fly fishers are paired with more novice women for a day of fly-fishing, and River Fishing, where each woman has a "river helper" (often a member of Collegiate Peaks Anglers) to serve as a "guide" for a morning of fly fishing on the Arkansas River.water fishing. In the summer the FlyGals get together for trips from high mountain lakes fishing for native cutthroats to private water on the Arkansas. With over 30 women currently on the roster, FlyGals is a great testament to women on the rise in fly fishing!
