2 Day s Custom Tackle, P.O. Box 1304, Bay Roberts, N.L. A0A 1G0 To Our Customers Welcome to the fifth installment of the Day s Custom Tackle mail order catalog of fly tying materials. There will no doubt be edits throughout the year as I strive to build a quality product base of materials and you will be forwarded updates on a regular basis as product selection expands and changes throughout the coming year. I ask for your patience as I try to build up inventory and grow the business. I have strived to build a quality selection of materials focusing on the higher quality brands. As with many industries the fly tying world has an enormous selection of materials to choose from. If you cannot find what you are looking for I encourage you to call me or drop me an or message me through my facebook page. Chances are I can locate it and get you a price. History Day s Custom Tackle has evolved through a number of changes since its first creation in 1993 from a home based business to a retail storefront in early 2000 in Wabush, Labrador through a dormant period from 2004 to 2012 where family demands were the priority to its latest refocus in 2012 as a home based business again strictly dealing with flies, fly tying materials, and fly fishing products. I have been an avid fly tyer and fly fisherman over the past 30 years since I was 16. I have tied commercially through many of these years and continue to spend many hours at the vise. In recent years my focus has been flies for Brook Trout and Ouananiche with large streamers and muddlers being my primary flies of choice. In August 2015 my family and I moved from Labrador West to Bay Roberts, Newfoundland. I look forward to the opportunities this move will open for the business as Salmon Flies as well as flies for the local browns will be an area of focus. Hours: Hours are whenever you can reach myself or my wife. Unless I am gone fishing I will be available any time during the day or evening. My wife will take any calls when I am not available. If you find yourself in the area drop by! Shipping We normally ship through the most economical method possible unless otherwise instructed. This is usually through regular expedited post. We can ship xpresspost if requested. Let us know if you have a preferred shipping method. Payment With a goal of keeping costs down I am not able to accept direct credit card payment at this time. This may change in the future and I will let you know if it does. Paypal, money transfer, and/or cheque/money order is the preferred method of payment. Please contact me if there are any questions on any of these options. I apologize if this causes any inconvenience. Pricing I do my best to make sure there are no pricing mistakes in this catalog but they do happen on occasion. As such I reserve the right to make any pricing adjustments. I will strive to keep pricing consistent throughout the season and will inform you of any major changes if they occur. As you will notice in this catalog prices have increased considerably on many items as a result of the lowering CAN$. This has been a challenge for any business and I will strive to keep pricing reasonable. Final Word I want to thank you again for considering Day s Custom Tackle as your supplier for your fly tying and fly fishing needs. As I stated earlier there will be updates throughout the year as I increase inventory and product selection. I look forward to hearing from you in the future Tight Lines!!! Dale Day (Owner)
