2 Homestead-South Dade Kiwanis Foundation Dear Community members, Planning for The Kiwanis Club Homestead/South Dade Dolphin Days Family Fishing Tournament has begun! Please join us in representing and benefiting one of the oldest Dolphin Fishing Tournaments in the South Florida area. This year we celebrate 34 years of giving back to the community and to benefit our youth. We are requesting sponsorships and donations from our valued business partners and the community. These are local organizations in our area that primarily benefit children and other worthwhile causes. The Kiwanis Club s Annual Fishing Tournament is dedicated to helping and serving our community. Since the clubs inception in 1948, over One Million dollars has been raised and put back into the community. Activities will begin on Thursday June 14 th, 2018 with the Captain s Party and final registration, which will be held at the Harris Field Pavilion in Homestead. The Fishing tournament will be held on Saturday, June 16 th, 2018 with the official weigh-in and awards ceremony to be held at Homestead Bay Front Park and Marina. Join us in celebrating the 34 th Anniversary of our tournament in memory of Ed Glenn. Like to Fish? Or have clients or friends that do?
