I just talked to Franklin on the telephone and I am 80 sorry I will not be here to meet him but I am going to New York for young Forbes Morgan's wedding and w111 not be back until Saturday afternoon. This coming winter Mabel will do my mending and maiding mending for the President and John and whatever I think neccessary to be done for little Elizabeth. When Mabel is away. Ura. McDu.ffie will have to do whatever is necessary for Elizabeth. She will also have to do all your mending and pressing and if this proves too much for her at anytime I think you had just better get Lillian in for a couple of hours in the afternoon once a week or so and pay her for her time. If I sent it to Rex she would get it any wayl It might be a good idea in a few days to telephone her and ask if anything has been done as you are writing me and woul d like to report. It might hurry her t We are still enjoying gorgeous weather and feeling very sad as the days go by so rapidly.
