The excellent venues listed in this hire brochure are all in walking distance of the train and bus stations while there are several car parks in close proximity to each venue. So if you are looking for the perfect location for your event, our beautiful buildings are the ideal place for your hire. All of our rooms come equipped with all the necessary facilities you ll need. We have an experienced and dedicated team who will help your hire run smoothly from start to finish, making sure you are given all the necessary support at every step along the way. Booking a room cannot be simpler. Just browse through this brochure, pick your venue, choose your room and then contact us Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. FOOD AND BEVERAGE We are able to provide excellent food and beverage options across our venues for all your meeting, conference or event needs. We use local suppliers and fresh and organic produce which means the menus are seasonal and therefore might differ slightly to our sample menus however we will confirm with you any changes in advance of your booking. Some of our venues have on-site catering facilities such as Gloucester Guildhall, with its stunning high ceilinged Bar and Kitchen it serves delicious homemade food daily as well as ethically sourced coffee and luxury teas. Menus and order sheets are available in each room so you can preorder your lunch when you arrive for your meeting or conference, just hand the order sheet to a member of staff. Got a plant based diet? No problem! All of our menus can be adapted for, or inclusive of vegans or vegetarians.
