You should carry a copy of this schedule with you to all games. If a team has not turned a line-up card into the referee by the end of the 5-minute grace period, the game clock will start and the opposing manager may use any of the forfeit options listed in the rules. Rosters are due in the Sports Office by October 1. Penalty: one point deducted from the team s overall point total each week the roster is late, plus suspension of the manager until the roster is received. Uniforms are required by October 1. Players who fail to meet the uniform deadline will not be permitted to play. Site coordinators will be reminding everyone that they are responsible for removing all trash from their team areas at the conclusion of the game. Please help keep these areas clean. Teams must pay the officials in cash ($60 / team for 3 officials, $50 / team for 2 officials) before each

Failure to positively ID any player when requested by an opposing manager will result in the game being declared a forfeit (player may be positively identified by coordinator or officials). Reminder to all teams: there is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy in effect in all New Castle County Sports programs. Offenders will be penalized accordingly. Rule X.K. - Zero tolerance: The New Castle County Sports and Athletics Office is unwilling to accept any profane language or disrespectful behavior by any participant or spectator towards officials, staff members, or playing opponents. Violators will be subject to all disciplinary penalties listed in this document. It is the intent of the Sports Office to aggressively discourage participants from arguing with officials by issuing strong sanctions and removing problem participants from the league.
