2 Club Overview Eltham Rugby Union Football Club is community based and was founded in1970. We have a proud successful history with many accomplishments on display in our Bridge Road Club House Our competitive achievements include: Victorian Rugby Union Division 2 Premierships wins in 1987, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1994, 2000, 2007, 2010 Club membership has been growing steadily over the years, with more interest in the code created when the first Victorian based Super 15 team Melbourne Rebels - was raised 2010 Highlights One of the highlights from last season is the continued growth of our membership base. For the 2014 season we have the strongest committee ever, both in numbers, as well as total club participation. We have all sections of the club represented by motivated members working towards club growth. 3 Objectives Our club relies on sponsorship and fund raising activities both during the off season and playing season. To remain competitive both on and off the field we are seeking sponsors that are interested in throwing their support behind a community based club that prides itself on solid family values, a healthy fair sport, and an inclusive engagement with sponsors, players, members and the community at large. It is our intent to offer our sponsor s quality, value for money, exposure for their business both during home games or travel to the many other venues around Victoria. Exposure depends on your budget and your needs. Within this proposal we have outlined the different sponsorship packages available and hope that you will find an option that suits your business. Team Sponsorship Packages Gold Team sponsorship fast facts: 2014 and 2015 team sponsorship (24 month term) Your company logo on the teams match jersey front. Billboard advertising on the field perimeter fence 1800 x 600 Clubhouse advertising A4 Company logo on all club stationary Free use of the club rooms for 2 private functions per 24 months Your company logo on club newsletters and website, with a link to your business website. Thank-you gift Souvenir photograph of you with team Sponsorship certificate Options for additional advertising if sponsoring a senior team. This is available on the senior pre and post-game uniform. Cost: $3, Silver Team sponsorship fast facts 2014 Team sponsorship (12 month term) Your company logo on the team s jersey sleeve or shorts. 4 Advertising Packages Included in the 2 packages are website links - we continue to build a substantial online presence via our Twitter and Facebook feeds. Package A: 1 year with the option to renew annually On field signage 1800 x 600 Clubhouse advertising A4 Logo and link on our website Logo in our newsletter Sponsorship certificate Cost: $1, st year. Renewal for consecutive years $1, Package B: 1 year term Clubhouse advertising A5 Logo and link on our website Logo in our newsletter Sponsorship certificate Cost: $ Package C: 1 year term This package can either be stand-alone advertising or added to any of the team or advertising packs (in addition). For the 2014 season we are trialing a volunteer / club jacket for all on and off field support members ie; Team first aid, team managers, team coaches and club staff. A10cm x 10cm space will be allocated on the club jacket worn by the above club support members at home and away games. 5 Individual Sponsorship Each team from under 7 s to seniors have equipment, team apparel and support needs. From time to time a parent, coach, family member or organization would like to support a team by purchasing equipment or assisting with time. This is equally important to our club and any offers of support would be greatly appreciated. In previous years companies have donated team water bottles with their company logo on - these gestures add up to a lot of support for these teams.
