Relevant forms can be found on our website, and at our Y Central office, 7 Lyons St Nth, Ballarat. There is a 2 day processing time for all enrolments so please ensure you allow for this by enrolling and booking early. Fees The daily program fee includes any incursions or excursions occurring on the day. It is YMCA Ballarat policy that School Holiday bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Please note there are no credits, refunds or day transfers on Holiday Program cancellations Child Care Subsidy Families will receive benefits off their fee once they have approved their bookings using their mygov account. It is important that families approve their attendances, as families will not receive or be backdated for any days that are attended before approving through their mygov account. As YMCA Ballarat is on CCSS, please ensure you provide us with CRN number and date of birth of your child/ren and parent/guardian who receives CCS. Department of Human Services sends our service updated listings via internet connection every day; however the contract remains between the DHS and individual families. It is therefore your responsibility to notify the DHS of any changes to your income. The DHS phone number is Families do not need to register a customer service number with the DHS for each venue they are using; this information is included in the Child Care Subsidy System (CCSS) procedure that is already in place. What to Bring A nutritious lunch (no nut or nut products) including enough snacks for the day and a clearly named water bottle, Sun Smart approved hat and weather appropriate, labelled clothing need to be brought to the program every day. Sunscreen will be provided but if your child has sensitive skin we recommend they bring their own. We will provide fruit platters for afternoon tea. Our Holiday Program endeavours to be a NUT FREE zone.

5 Activities Scheduled activities may change due to circumstances outside our control such as extreme weather or changes made by activity providers. Avengers and Animation Board Games Bonanza Circus Capers Disco Party Fantasia Day Today is all about celebrating animation. Create your own How to Train a Dragon paper plane. Make Trolls glitter potion. Play Hulk Smash but be careful that you don t turn green! There s nothing better than going old school with some of the most classic games out there board games! Get creative with Scrabble words, make some of the yummiest dominoes ever, and play the biggest game of Noughts and Crosses you ve ever seen! Roll up! Roll up! For an experience filled with wonderful Circus antics! Make juggling balls, participate in fun circus games, and create your very own Circus performance to entertain your friends and family. Disco, dance, make music and play! Lots of music and movement activities on offer today! Join in the fun as children from all services get together at the inclusive giant Disco Party at Delacombe. Show off your moves, learn some new ones and enjoy the party games! Get lost in a fantasy world of castles, knights, dragons and princesses! 6 Fantastic Friendships Footy Clinic Footy Fanatics Game On! It s all about friends, making new ones and spending time with those close to you. Let s come together and enjoy some super fun team challenges, make friendship chains and bracelets and simply have a great time! Whether you re a beginner or a seasoned player, join in and have lots of fun learning and practising football skills with a footy coach. Footy season is well and truly underway, and we ll be celebrating everything AFL! Come dressed in your favourite team s colours! We ll be making some awesome football themed craft and playing group games. From the creator of On Like Donkey Kong comes Level Up!. Become a human Space Invader in our life-size version of the game, create art based on your favourite video games and take on the role of the plants and battle those zombies! We ll be visiting Ballarat s GUF entertainment centre which specialises in everything gaming from old favourites through to computer games, XBOX and PlayStation. Volunteer to be the magician s assistant if you dare! Learn the secrets of magic tricks to perform and amaze your family and friends. Bang, shake and stomp your way through the wonderful world of music. Learn how to make your own musical instrument; create your very own song; be fascinated by some musical science experiments; and dance along to your favourite tunes.

Enter the amazing inflatable planetarium dome so that you can explore the stars and planets in a safe and enjoyable way! Today we ll blast off into space, see many wonderful planets and get a taste of what it s like to be a Jedi for the day - it will be out of this world! We re living in a Winter Wonderland. Create your own unique snowflake and jolly snowman. Make a yummy winter treat and watch a snowman melt before your eyes. How many things can you think of to do with marbles? Let s test it out! In this activity you ll be able to create artistic pictures out of marbles, make a marbly cupcake and see if you are the ultimate marble race creator! Children can come dressed in their pyjamas.
