2 1 Labor Day September /14/08 - Compete against the Senior Fellowship in a variety of events. This is a great way to meet some of the elders of the church and your prayer pal. Starts at 5:30 and ends at 8:00. 9/17/08 Regular Wednesday night youth starts on the 17th. It will be held at the youth house. Wed. nights will include games, lessons, speakers, worship, and some REACH teambuilding nights. 14 Senior vs. Youth Olympics /24/08 - See you at the Pole, Make sure to help organize this time of prayer at your school. 9/28/08 Team Building at Gretna Glen with Low Ropes and High Ropes Elements. Must sign up for this event approximately $ Team Building/Ropes Course Did you turn in your y.q. registration? Fairland B.I.C.

3 October REACH Night 4-8: /1/08 Reach Teambuilding and Service Night. Drop off at youth house anytime after 4. Pick up at 8:15. 10/12/08 Destination Unknown. Meet at youth house and then travel to unknown destination for an evening of fun. 10/18/08 REACH Fundraiser, Home Consultant Sale in Fellowship Hall. 12 Destination Unknown REACH Fundraiser /26/08 Barn Party at Wagner s. Great Event to bring friends to. Bring a drink and sweet/salty snack. Remember to call or if you ever want to get together to talk, pray, or hang out.. 4 November /9/08 Youth Night at Sam and Stacy s. We will be hanging out and also putting together care packages for the youth in college. Please make sure to remember any items you signed up to bring for the care packages College Care Packages Mystery Prog. Dinner 5-8: No Youth Thanksgiving /23/08 Mystery Progressive Dinner, drop off at the church at 5:00. We will be traveling to mysterious families in the church for appetizers, dinner, and dessert. We will be back at the church at 8:30 for pick up. A time to be thankful for all that we have. You MUST sign up for this event! Fairland B.I.C.

5 Christmas Party Deliver gifts to shut-ins Christmas Eve Service Quest December No Youth Youth 12/14/08 Youth Christmas Party. Drop off and pick up at church. Food and fun, there will be no gift exchange. We will be doing another activity in lieu of a gift exchange. 12/17/08 We will be splitting into groups to deliver some Christmas goodies to a few of our shut-ins. From about 5:30 8:30 12/27/-12/30 YOUTH QUEST!!! See attached brochure for more details. You must register by 9/30 to attend! Have a wonderful holiday month! Call us if you need anything! 6 Youth 6-8 January /25/09 We will be doing a Destination Unknown trust activity. You must sign up for this event and there will be a minimal cost. Participate in an Earn Your Way event to go for free! Remember to use your coffee/ice cream coupons. 7 Retreat February Amazing Race 7 Winter /6/09 2/8/09 Youth group winter retreat from Friday evening until Sunday morning. Compete with your team in Amazing Race events, hang out, and more! 8 March 2009 Service/Earn Your Way Events to be scheduled at a later date Vision Conf./ Concert /14/09 All day conference and concert. Awesome day, just ask a participant from last year. 9 No Youth 12 Easter Sunday April Maundy Thursday 10 Good Friday 11 Outreach Egg Hunt /11/09 Youth will plan another community egg hunt with 3 stations; Easter Story and Snack, craft, and egg hunt. Event will occur in the morning. 4/26/09 Youth Scavenger Hunt a twist on last year s scavenger hunt. Teams start at church and meet back at Sam and Stacy s to watch the videos.
