Loss of Senior Privileges means Grad Bash, Prom and Walking at Graduation! PROM May 20, 2017 AROUND THE WORLD Prom is at The HARD ROCK LIVE ORLANDO. Cost: $115 per ticket (until Spring Break then $125 until all tickets are sold) (Guest App. Due March 8th) Universal Studios offers free parking after 6pm and provide a drop off service Prom Ticket Purchase Agreement must be turned when tickets are purchased. Time: o 6:30 doors open NO ENTRY AFTER 7:30 pm o ID is required for entry (School ID Preferred) o 7:00-11:00 buffet-style food service and dancing Bruce Wilson Photography will be there to take formal pictures (this is included in the price of your ticket additional packages will be available for purchase) Plus unlimited use of the Photo Booth Backless shoes are Okay But backless dresses below the natural waist are not! Strapless and Spaghetti strap dresses are fine, but dresses cut past your natural cleavage point are not! Slits in your dresses are to be to mid thigh NOT to your hip! No cut-outs on dresses, No side exposure or see through dresses are permitted. If you have questions regarding the appropriateness of your dress, ASK! DO NOT ASSUME... you will be sent home if it does not meet dress code. This is a formal occasion Tuxedos/Suits are the proper attire for young men! You will be checked upon entry to prom for dress code and prohibited items (if you do not pass the check point you will be sent home and forfeit your ticket). Once you exit the assigned Prom area you will not be permitted re-entry.

You must be LHS between 5:15pm and 5:30pm (Park in the Senior/Side lot by the Gym) You must ride the bus to and from Universal Studios (No one will be given a ticket until you exit the bus!) Failure to report to the bus at the designated time will result in loss of Senior privileges INCLUDING walking at Graduation! Dress Code for Grad Bash is School appropriate (follow the old school dress code) Sleeves must be 2 in. in width, No Graphic Tees, School/Sports team logos etc., No undershirts as shirts, No Hats and bags can be no larger than 8 x10. Senior Exams May 15 th -18 th Books are to be returned to YOUR teacher NO LATER THAN the day you take your exam. May 12 th is THE DAY all Senior graduation requirements MUST be met.(except for 2 nd semester finals) ALL Obligations/Debts MUST be cleared by May 24 10am to participate in the Graduation Ceremony! May 18 th is the last day for Seniors to officially attend classes on LHS campus BUT for attendance purposes YOU ARE REQUIRED TO COME TO GRADUATION REHEASAL ON THE 22 nd 23 rd. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND THESE DAYS YOU WILL BE MARKED ABSENT. (If you are not planning on participating in the Graduation Ceremony, you still need to come and check in for attendance purposes) IMPORTANT If you do not attend Rehearsal you WILL NOT WALK IN GRADUATION! THESE DAYS ARE MANADTORY unless approved by the Principal. SENIOR BREAKFAST - TBD 8:00-10:00am Bellalago McDonald s (Behavior WILL BE monitored) Senior Awards- TBD in the Auditorium (6:30-8:30pm) Invitations will be sent by Guidance Top 20 Dinner - Solivita 6pm Invitations will be delivered to those eligible. May 22 nd -24 th Graduation LHS o 22 nd 8:00 am Meet in front of the Auditorium. o 23 rd 10:30am Meet in front of the Auditorium (tickets will be distributed at the end of Practice) o 24 th 7:30-10:00am Obligations finalized o 24 th 11:00 am Extra Tickets (if available) will be distributed in front of the Administration building. DO NOT BLOCK THE ENTRANCE TO THE OFFICE OR COME INSIDE! o All Graduating Seniors planning to walk MUST attend BOTH PRACTICES or you will not be allowed to walk! May 25 th Graduation- Graduating Seniors 11:45am and report to the designated area in the back of the stage. After Graduation you need to have a designated sight OUTSIDE of the arena to meet your family. After Graduation you will not be permitted back on LHS campus as a student. Diplomas can be picked up in June. Females: Light colored Dress and Flats are required (NO HIGH HEELS)!!! NO FLIP FLOPS!!! Appropriate sandals are fine (backs are required) Males Dark Dress pants, White Long Sleeved Shirt with a tie (Bowties are fine), Dark Shoes.(NO sneakers, vans, etc)
4 NO GUM, purses, bags, CELL PHONES, cameras, toys, etc. will be allowed with the Graduates. You will be removed from Graduation and not allowed to walk if you violate this rule! OTHER IMPORTANT DATES/INFO: Cap & Gown pictures 3/21 packages start at $30 and payment is due at the time the picture is taken. (NO PICTURES WILL BE TAKEN WITH OUT PAYMENT) Cash, check, money order or Credit Card are all acceptable payment) Announcements will be passed out February 21 st & 22nd! Final payments MUST be made to receive your announcements and Grad Packages! (payments are due) Cash, Credit or Money Orders ONLY!!! May 4 th & 5 th Herff-Jones will be on campus with Cap and Gown orders during lunch. PAYMENTS MUST BE CASH or MONEY ORDER ONLY! If you already have a Cap and Gown from a previous year, you are still required to pay a Graduation Fee of the following: Grad fee only (if you already have everything) $45.00 Tassel only $12.00 Grad fee and tassel $57.00 Grad fee and cap $57.00 Grad fee, cap & tassel $65.00 Whole Graduation package $90.00 ($100 after 5/5) If you wait to purchase your Cap & Gown package until the last minute after Herff-Jones has left Campus the fee will be $100 (Cash or Money Order ONLY) After May 19 th they go up to $120.
