15 Distance Learning (E-training) To hasten the transfer of technologies that have already been developed at AQD Principles of Health Management in Aquaculture To provide learners with technical knowledge and skills on principles of health management in aquaculture that could be applied into practice in their respective jobs. To provide extension workers and aquaculturists knowledge about occurrence and spread of fish diseases as well as equip them with skills to manage and treat diseases. As a follow-up to the e-training course, follow-up hands-on training sessions are conducted to qualified e-learners. Basic Principles of Aquaculture Nutrition To provide learners with technical knowledge and skills on the essentials of aquaculture nutrition, feeds and feeding management, and economics of feeding cultured species.
