2 1. Introduction This paper summarises Annual Catch Totals (of key species) as received by the South Pacific Regional Fisheries Organisation (SPRFMO) Secretariat. It includes earlier information which was submitted to the Interim Secretariat (7-1). Key species included in this report were determined by historic catch amounts and are: a) Jack/Horse Mackerels (Trachurus spp); a. Includes 1 preliminary monthly catch totals b) Scomber Mackerels (Scomber spp); c) Squid (Loliginidae, Ommastrephidae) and; d) Orange Roughy (Hoplostethus atlanticus). Other species caught in the SPRFMO Area are summarised in Section 6. This paper does not verify catch amounts, nor does it compare data received with any Conservation Management Measure. Please note; this paper was first published on the nd of October in order to incorporate Annual Catch submissions which were due by the th of September.
