I agree to the payment of booked sessions. I understand there are no refunds for sessions not attended and cancellations cannot be made once sessions have been booked. A 5% sibling discount will be applied to the eldest child when one or more children from the same family attend holiday club at the same time. No other discounts are transferable. Payment is required before sessions are taken unless a Direct Debit is in place. DD collections will be made on the 1 st of each month unless that date has passed in which case the Direct Debit will be requested at the earliest opportunity. Please note that to ensure children gain full enjoyment during their time with us there may be occasions where children will join if numbers in one room/setting are limited. Please provide suitable clothing for activities and trips. For a full list of our terms and conditions please refer to the welcome letter sent to you when your registered. 9 Frequently Asked Questions Can I book by the hour or do I have to book a whole day session? s are available on non-trip days (a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 6 hours). We offer trips so that children have a wide range of activities on offer and some trips involve travelling in and around Dorset so a full 8am- day ensures that children have plenty of time to play! What do I need to provide? Most children of school age will not need a change of clothes during their day with us however on trip days we recommend providing your child with a change of clothes. Children should wear practical clothes for the activities planned and suitable shoes for anything physical. For water based activities children would benefit from having swim wear and a towel. We will provide children with sun cream unless you choose to supply your own and advise to bring a hat on very hot days. British weather can be very temperamental so we won t always be able to get fully involved in outdoor water activities but we will take advantage of the lovely sunshine when we can. What about meals? We provide a morning and an afternoon snack to the children but on most days you will be asked to provide a lunch box. Some activities include lunch as part of the cost so please read the activity information fully when you book.

10 My child has an allergy what happens about this? If your child has an allergy you should always inform the staff in charge of the day. Any medication such as Piriton or Epi Pens must be given to a staff member and we will carry this with us on the trip. Children with food allergies will be given an alternative snack suitable to their dietary needs. Can sessions be cancelled? No unfortunately, all pre-booked session will need to be paid for even if you do not attend. If we have to cancel an activity due to bad weather or if there is not the minimum children attending to cover the external activity requirements then we will refund the cost of the trip/activity only. Can I pick up my child early on trip days? On non-trip days you are welcome to drop off and pick up your child at any time however we don t always stay in the nursery building so it is advisable to telephone first to find out where to collect. On trip days we ask that you arrive at nursery by 8.30am so that we can leave promptly and we will always arrive back at nursery by 5.30pm.

11 Important Information Please note if no direct debit is present then full payment will be required at time of booking. Please provide a packed lunch for your child when attending a booking between 12pm and 1pm. Please ensure that holiday forms are handed in or posted to Cuddles. We do not accept provisional bookings. Every pre-booked session will be charged. On trip days, please bring a packed lunch for your child that is clearly labelled, with a drink, as we will be unable to serve hot dinners.
