Established in 1921, Winged Foot has fulfilled the high standards of its masterful creator by hosting numerous championships. When the U.S. Open returns to Winged Foot for its fifth outing in June 2006, this appropriately titled temple of the spirit of golf will again serve as a fitting setting for our nation s most valued golf Championship. The thirty-six holes of this celebrated masterpiece are nestled in the heart of Westchester County, New York. Modeled by legendary course architect A.W. Tillinghast, the individuality of the holes and the unique beauty of the clubhouse place Winged Foot in a category reflective of its founding fathers dedication to excellence. Under Scottish influence, the numerous bunkers and contoured greens provide golfers with a brilliant example of golf course architecture rich in both fascination and intimidation. Demanding both power and accuracy, Winged Foot will challenge players with a new obstacle on every hole of its famed West Course.

2 WINGED FOOT VILLAGE The Winged Foot Village is located on the 8th hole of the East Course and an adjoining area, both to the right of the 1st hole of the Championship Course. Winged Foot Village Amenities: $100,000 Exclusive use of a 40 x 40 hospitality tent with the following furnishings and amenities: Seating for 80 guests with a basic décor package Security at each entrance of the hospitality village during daily hours of operation 100 weekly ticket packages (100 tickets for each of the Practice and Championship Rounds) with the option to purchase an additional 75 weekly ticket packages Each ticket allows access to the golf course and the Winged Foot Village 40 preferential parking passes each day Pre-Open golf outing for four (4) executives/guests on the Championship Course. 350 Official U.S. Open Championship Programs 100 pairing sheets on each day of the Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday Tent Fee: $200,000 (exclusive of food and beverages) The designated U.S. Open caterer will provide catering at an additional charge.

3 TILLINGHAST VILLAGE $100,000 The Tillinghast Village is located on the 12th hole of the East Course to the left of the 17th hole of the Championship Course. Tillinghast Village Amenities: Exclusive use of a 40 x 40 hospitality tent with the following furnishings and amenities: Seating for 80 guests with a basic décor package Security at each entrance of the hospitality village during daily hours of operation SOLD 100 weekly ticket packages (100 tickets for each of the Practice and Championship Rounds) with the option to purchase an additional 75 weekly ticket packages Each ticket allows access to the golf course and the Tillinghast Village 40 preferential parking passes each day Pre-Open golf outing for four (4) executives/guests on the Championship Course 350 Official U.S. Open Championship Programs 100 pairing sheets on each day of the Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday Tent Fee: $200,000 (exclusive of food and beverages) The designated U.S. Open caterer will provide catering at an additional charge.

5 WEST VILLAGE 30 X 30 CONDO TENTS The West Village is located on the 16th hole of the East Course to the right of the 7th and 8th holes of the Championship Course. West Village Condo Tent Amenities: $28,750 $57,500 $28,750 Exclusive use of a 30 x 30 hospitality condo tent with the following furnishings and amenities: Seating for 40 guests with a basic décor package Security at each entrance of the hospitality village during hours of operation 50 weekly ticket packages (50 tickets for each of the Practice and Championship Rounds) with the option to purchase an additional 40 weekly ticket packages Each ticket allows access to the golf course and the West Village 20 preferential parking passes each day Pre-Open golf outing for two (2) executives/guests on the Championship Course 175 Official U.S. Open Championship Programs 50 pairing sheets on each day of the Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday logo and the U.S. Open logo 30 x 30 Tent Fee: $115,000 (exclusive of food and beverages) The desgnated U.S. Open caterer will provide catering at an additional charge.

6 CHAMPIONS PAVILION Reserve your own corporate table for the week in the attractively furnished and decorated Champions Pavilion tent. Your reserved table with corporate identification will comfortably seat 10 guests at a time. Food and beverage, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon hors d oeuvres and open bar service will be available and provided by the U.S. Open s designated caterer for an additional fee. This shared corporate pavilion is ideal for entertaining a smaller group of clients, friends or employees. All table locations will be assigned by the USGA. The Champions Pavilion is located on the 11th hole of the East Course to the left of the 18th hole of the Championship Course. Payment Schedule for Table and Admissions: $7,500 $15,000 $7,500 Payment Schedule for Food and Beverage: $7,000 plus tax prior to January 15, 2006 (This will be billed directly by the U.S. Open caterer) sublease or otherwise exchange for consideration any hospitality package use, item or privilege without the express written consent of the USGA. The USGA also requires the ultimate end user of the package to be the party and signatory to the hospitality lease agreement. Please note that the Table and Admissions fees set forth above are inclusive of Champions Pavilion Amenities: 12 weekly ticket packages (12 tickets for each of the Practice and Championship Rounds) Each ticket allows access to the golf course and the Champions Pavilion Reserved table with seating for 10 in an attractively decorated pavilion tent for the entire Championship Week Breakfast, full luncheon buffet and afternoon hors d oeuvres as well as open bar service each day of the Championship Week are available for an additional charge of $7,000 plus tax 4 preferential parking passes each day 42 Official U.S. Open Championship Programs 12 pairing sheets on each day of the Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday Patio with tables and chairs open to all Champions Pavilion patrons Computerized scoring terminals available for use by all Champions Pavilion patrons Television broadcast coverage of the U.S. Open Championship Security at each entrance of the Champions Pavilion during hours of operation Table and Admissions Fee: $30,000 Food and Beverage Fee: $7,000 plus tax (Food and beverage option to be provided by and contracted separately with the U.S. Open s designated caterer).
