EVENT SCHEDULE Golf Registration & Driving Range open 9:30am Golf Tee Time 11:30am Cocktail Party with hosted drinks, hors d oeuvres and Silent Auction 5:00pm Dinner 7:00pm Program, Awards and Live Auction 7:30pm Prize Drawing and Grand Prize Winner Announced 9:00pm LOCATION & PARKING Roof Raisers is held at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa located at 2100 Costa del Mar Road in Carlsbad, Upon entering the resort through the main Costa Del Mar driveway entrance, please proceed towards the valet circle of the resort. In the morning, golfers will be greeted at the Spa Curb by the La Costa Resort staff to assist you with your golf bag. After they take your bag, please proceed to the valet circle for assistance with your vehicle. You will then be greeted by a YMCA volunteer who will direct you through the hotel lobby towards the golf check-in. Dinner guests can drive directly to the valet circle for vehicle assistance in the evening and proceed to the Poinsettia Ballroom. 2 EVENT ATTIRE For golf, collared shirts and regulatory length shorts or pants are required and soft spikes are mandatory. Please note that denim or jeans are strictly prohibited on the golf course. Golf/country club casual attire is appropriate for the evening. GOLF CHECK-IN & FORMAT Golf check-in will be open from 9:30-11:15am on the Valley Promenade. The golf shotgun start will be promptly at 11:30am on the south Legends course. Prior to golf, you can access the practice putting green with a Putting Challenge (the winner will be announced at the dinner afterward) and the driving range via shuttle. A hosted bar on the Valley Promenade check-in area will be open for your enjoyment. NEW FOR 2018! PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR THE GOLF CHECK-IN PROCESS. You will be asked to complete a contact form and register your credit card prior to the golf tournament. This will allow you to shop for your 2018 event favor gift in the Travis Mathew Minibus! See the Favor Gifts section below for details! The golf scoring format will be a scramble, or best ball play. Please make note of the instructions on your cart. The top three foursomes will be announced at the dinner event, along with our on-course competition winners. ON COURSE FOOD & ACTIVITIES We invite you to participate in the variety of course activities and opportunities to win prizes during your beautiful day of golf. Competitions include a Putting Challenge, Longest Putt, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin and multiple hole-in-one opportunities including a shot at a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. 3 TRAVIS MATHEW FAVOR GIFT To thank you for attending Roof Raisers, all guests golfers and dinner only attendees will be given the opportunity to select a favor gift from the Travis Mathew product line in their So Cal Mini Bus. You won t want to miss this custom gift experience! You will be asked to register your credit card and complete a contact form at check-in, and then you will be given a gift card to spend in the bus. All selected items will be mailed to you within two weeks after the event. Any items purchased above your gift card amount will be charged to your credit card registered at check-in. This same credit card will be used for any purchases made during the evening program. DINNER The cocktail hour and dinner program will take place in the Poinsettia Ballroom located near the hotel lobby in the Coastal Events Center of the resort. Cocktails and hors d oeuvres will be served during the silent auction and cocktail hour. A hosted bar will be open during cocktail hour and dinner. Omni La Costa Resort s award-winning chefs will prepare a gourmet, three-course, plated dinner for your enjoyment. LIVE & SILENT AUCTIONS Our exciting silent auction will be held during the cocktail hour and will feature sports memorabilia, fabulous vacations, unique experiences and items for the whole family. The silent auction will close prior to the start of dinner. The live auction features one-of-a-kind

4 experiences and extraordinary trips. Save time after the event and securely register your credit card for express payment at check-in. All purchases made at the event will be added to your total and you can avoid a payment line after the event. Please refer to the Silent and Live Auction Catalog to preview the packages up for bid. Mother s Day is the Sunday following Roof Raisers! Any items bid on with the intent of being a gift should be taken home from the event that night. PRIZE DRAWING As a Roof Raisers guest, you are AUTOMATICALLY entered into our famous and exciting drawing for luxurious prizes. You could be the lucky winner of one of twenty amazing prizes including glamorous gifts, popular sports items, an HD Smart TV, Roof Raisers $495 ticket refund or the GRAND PRIZE OF $7,500! 5 renovated the Y Aquatic Center, Preschool, world-renowned Skate Park, Aquatic Park at the Carlsbad Lagoon, Gymnastics Center and recently a new bus was purchased for transporting thousands of children to summer camp experiences and safe after school childcare.
