3 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES TOURNAMENT $ (NEW) What better way to display your support for NUCA than as a tournament sponsor? As a tournament sponsor you will be recognized during all announcements before and after the event. Your company name and logo will be on display at the registration desk, the driving range, on the beverage carts, on the box lunches, at dinner, and even with a special customized dessert. You will also have the option of setting up a tent at the driving range and at dinner. Will you help us reach our goal of five (5) tournament sponsors? PREMIUM HOLE $ Vendors will be assigned a hole to set up equipment, tent and any other displays at the tee boxes, or behind the holes. Special needs will be accommodated as much possible and first rights of refusal will be honored (e.g. water holes for pump companies) Those that exhibited last year will be given priority for water holes for the 2016 event provided that the registration for the Hole Sponsorship is received no later than Monday, June 27, Register early, there are some GREAT holes that offer unbelievable visibility!!! CONTEST $ To enhance the experience of the event, we will again make available the sponsorship of the Longest Drive Holes (2) and up to three Closest to the Pin contests on the Par 3s. Sponsorships are available on a first come, first served basis. GENERAL HOLE $ Includes production of sign & placement on course. GOODIE BAG $50.00 PER ITEM For $50.00 your firm can provide a logo golf accessory (golf balls, tees, towels, koozie, etc. to each player on their cart. If you are a Tournament Sponsor or Premium Hole Sponsor, this $50.00 is waived. We are anticipating 100 players so please make sure you have enough to go around!

TEAM ENTRY $ FOR FOURSOME Discount only applies to foursomes Must have 4 players to qualify NO Phantom Players allowed on threesomes *Includes Box Lunch and Pig Pickin* INDIVIDUAL $ PER PLAYER Individual registrants will be paired with other individual registrants by the tournament committee *Includes Box Lunch and Pig Pickin* MULLIGAN $20.00 (one per golfer) Mulligan packets may be purchased along with your entry fee or on-site. Proceeds for the sale of the Mulligan Packets will be for the benefit of the NUCA of the Carolinas Educational Foundation.
