19 In order to remove the anomaly of unregistered club officials signing off provisional members - a procedure that was voted in for by the membership at the 2006 AGM - the following will apply: PLEASE ensure that your club registration and club officials details are up to date with the Membership Secretary. Any person who "signs off" a provisional member as competent to become a full member will be checked against the database. If that said person is not a recognised club official on the database, the application will be returned and provisional status will continue to apply, thereby denying the provisional member the chance to shoot in open shoots.. If, by the end of this year, I do not have up to date information on your club which satisfies the three simple criteria as set out below, it will become an unrecognised club by the NFAS. Club Recognition criteria:- 1. Up to date information of two club officials and their contact details lodged with the Membership Secretary; 2. A club membership of three or more; 3. An up to date constitution lodged with the NFAS Membership Secretary. Further to this end, a more structured approach to yearly returns from clubs will be introduced, along with a more formal approach to registration and some great new insurance benefits that we have been working on. Camping will be available (site fee 5) and there is a restaurant and bar available within the centre for archers use. No need for the non-competing family to feel left out. They can enjoy the challenging 4 x 4 off road course, shooting, argocat and quad driving, all part of the centre s many entertainment activities.
