Kevin has worked in F&B for more than 30 years most recently managing F&B in an Indiana hotel. He is originally from Ponca City and decided to move back to Oklahoma. 5 FROM THE 18-HOLE NEWS Our WGA 18 Hole ladies are in full swing for this season! We just completed another successful 22nd year of our Invitational Birdies at the Brook! We were honored to have 84 ladies, 42 teams from Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri join us this year! There was lots of swing time, beach play and many laughs for everyone! I had another awesome committee this year with Linda Cowan, Ellen Kottler, Kim Knapp, Donna Roberts and Terri Tidmore! I wish to thank the MeadowBrook staff, our Pro Shawn Pumphrey, and Superintendent Mike Long for our course readiness! Could not be done without each of you! We will continue our play on Tuesdays in June with shotgun starts at 8:30 a.m. Another big event coming up on Tuesday, June 19th will be our WGA Meadowlark! Our committee is working diligently to plan a fun day for our members and guests! We have two inter club competitions for June; we will host Tulsa Country Club at MeadowBrook on Friday, June 1st and June 8th Cedar Ridge Country Club will host our team at their club! Busy month for our gals and many out of town tournaments and club guest days some of our members will be attending!
