3 Yeppoon Legends Pro-Am Recently our club announced that we will be the proud hosts of the 2017 Yeppoon Legends Pro- Am tournament scheduled for Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 July. The event boasts one of the highest prize pools on offer in any regional area on the PGA Legends Schedule and we are encouraged by early discussions with the PGA of Australia that we will be able to attract a quality field of professionals. Our club has prepared a range of sponsorship packages which we believe offer excellent value for money by providing extensive benefits and advertising opportunities for your business and we hope that you are encouraged to support the club by becoming one of our partners. Each package clearly defines the benefits that your business will receive for its investment and by sending them through to you now, you will have the opportunity to consider them before one of our event representatives contacts you directly in the coming days. Opportunity for our Media Partner/s* to promote your business through their coverage of the event HOLE/TEE SPONSOR $ GST Your business signage will be erected on an assigned tee OR around a green 1 week prior to the event (the number of signs and size restrictions apply). Where possible the club will provide exclusive rights to a Tee for your business. Your business will provide the sign to size specification (size limits will be applied). Your business will provide the sign (size limits will be applied). Your business will provide the signs and/or banners (the number of signs and sign size limits will be applied on a reasonable basis) All tournament specific signage will be on display in and around the Yeppoon Golf Club for a minimum of 1 week prior to the event. Place a large sign at the front entrance to exclusively advertise your business as a Diamond Sponsor of Yeppoon Legends Pro-Am for 12 months. Your business will provide the sign to fit one of our existing frames, or alternatively you will have the entitlement to create a new frame (size limits will be applied on a reasonable basis). Your full colour business logo will be incorporated in all electronic tournament advertising promoting its association as the Diamond Partner Your full colour business logo will used in all printed tournament materials promoting its association as the Diamond Partner Your business Diamond level contribution to the tournament will be acknowledged in all promotion through our Media Partner/s * Endorsement of your business as the Diamond Sponsor in any materials released by Yeppoon Golf Club to the PGA of Australia in promoting the event 12 month promotion of your business by providing a link on our club website, and presentation on club TV s in slideshows with your full colour business logo emphasising it as the event s Diamond Partner. YGC is unable to guarantee the extent to which our Media Partner/s will or will not use the sponsor advertising materials in this process.
