2 4 Memberships To Choose From All 4 of our 2018 Ledges Golf memberships include the following to fill your golfing needs... 20% off green fees for your guests when they play with you. Payment Plans Through USGA GHIN Handicap for the 2018 posting season. September Are Available Unlimited range balls on our practice range. With Any Of Our Membership 10 day advanced tee times. Categories. 10% off all in stock pro-shop merchandise. Ability to play in all club sanctioned member events including the Tuesday Night Members League. Full Golf Membership - $ (Young Adult) $ (single) $ (couple) Just as it sounds, a full golf membership entitles unlimited use of the facilities from opening day till closing. Off Peak Membership - $ (Young Adult) $ (single) $ (couple) An off peak membership entitles unlimited use of the facilities in the off season (opening day till the beginning Friday of memorial day weekend and anytime after the Tuesday following labor day). In season, off peak members can play unlimited golf Monday through Thursday. Off Peak members can still play on weekends in the season and will receive a 25% discount off of the public rate at the time. Afternoon Membership - $ (Young Adult) $ (single) $ (couple) An Afternoon Membership entitles unlimited use of the facilities after 1:00pm (opening day through September 30th, and after 12:00pm from October 1st through the end of the season) Basic Membership - $ (Young Adult) $ (single) $ (couple) A great way to get involved with the club at a low price! A basic membership gets you 25% off the public rate all the time. This is a great way to call The Ledges your home club at a fraction of the cost. Prepaid Season Cart Rental - $ per person Prepay your cart fee for the season and save money. Only have time to play a few holes? This option allows you to not worry about the cart fee no matter how many holes you have time for.

5 TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP 1. APPROVAL FOR MEMBERSHIP: I understand that this application will not be acted upon unless fully completed and signed by me. Membership is contingent upon approval by the club. Approval by the club shall be in the Club s sole and absolute discretion. 2. RECEIPT OF RULES AND REGULATIONS: I hereby acknowledge receipt of the Rules and Regulations of the Club. I understand that my membership is governed by the Rules and Regulations and this application; and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions thereof, as the same may be amended from time to time. I understand that my membership may be terminated or suspended for failure to abide by membership conditions. 3. MEMBERSHIP: The Club facilities will be owned and operated by The Ledges Golf Course Company Inc., a Maine Corporation doing business as The Ledges Golf Club (the Club ). I hereby acknowledge that my membership in the Club is not an investment in the Club, nor does it provide an equity or ownership interest in the Club or the Club facilities. Membership does not confer upon me a vested or prescriptive right or easement to use the Clubs facilities. Members will not have any interest in the income of the Club and will not receive any of the Clubs assets if the Club is dissolved. The Club reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify the Membership and the Rules and Regulations, to reserve memberships, to discontinue operation of any or all of the Clubs facilities, to sell or otherwise dispose of the Clubs facilities in any manor whatsoever, to convert the Club to a member owned club, to restrict or to otherwise reserve the Club facilities for maintenance, golf tournaments and promotional, charitable and other special events from time to time. Membership in the Club is a revocable license, subject to suspension and revocation with or without cause. In the event of any suit between the Club and any member for any claim or matter, the prevailing party shall be reimbursed by the other party for all costs and expenses incurred in such suit, including attorney s fees (including fees required in connection with appellate proceedings). 5. HOLD HARMLESS: I hereby acknowledge that the use of the Club facilities and any privilege or service incident to membership is voluntary and that any use or acceptance of any service or privilege incident to membership is undertaken with knowledge of the risk of possible injury. Each member shall be liable for any property damage and/ or personal injury at the Clubs facilities, or at any activity or function operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by the Club, caused by the member, or the member s guest. The costs of any such damage shall be paid by the member. 6. GOVERNING LAW: The Application for Membership shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Maine. 7.
