1 2019 Outing Packages Due to the demand for tee times and outing reservations, a signed contract must be executed to reserve Landis Creek Golf Club for your event. Please read the Outing Contract and the Outing Services page before returning with your deposit, there have been changes made from previous years. In particular, the final head count due seven days prior to the event becomes the guaranteed minimum for billing purposes. It is our recommendation that you collect fees in advance of your event to cover last minute cancellations and no shows. The Outing Invoice must be settled on the day of the event, and any scoring fees must be paid separately from this invoice. Depending on the number of players and the time/day of the week, you may reserve the golf course on a tee time, modified shotgun or full shotgun format. The requirements of each are listed on the Outing Services page, but depending on the time of year this can be adjusted. After reviewing the enclosed materials, please contact Jason Hilz to discuss your reservation. The return of this a signed contract, along with your deposit check (made payable to Landis Creek GC) will confirm your event date and time. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation notice is given at least (21) days before the day of your event. If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact the undersigned. 4 RULES & REGULATIONS BY LAW OF THE PENNSYLVANIA LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD (PLCB), ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE CARRIED ONTO THE PROPERTY. ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MUST BE PURCHASED FROM LANDIS CREEK GOLF CLUB ANY COOLERS BROUGHT ONTO THE PROPERTY WILL BE CHECKED TO ENSURE THAT NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE INSIDE. NO FOOD IS ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT ONTO FACILITY PER MONTGOMERY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. PROPER GOLF ATTIRE REQUIRED; NO TANK TOPS, MUSCLE SHIRTS, CUT OFF SHIRTS OR CUT OFF SHORTS. COLLARED SHIRTS PREFERRED. AREAS OF CART PATH ROPED OFF INDICATE CART PATH ONLY. CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHIN 20 YARDS OF THE GREEN. WEATHER CONDITIONS MAY RESTRICT CARTS TO CART PATH ONLY. OTHERWISE 90-DEGREE RULE IS IN EFFECT, EXCEPT ON PAR 3 S & #11 WHERE IT IS CART PATH ONLY. GREENS FEES COVER 18 HOLE PLAY ONLY, 9 HOLE AND EXTRA HOLE RATES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE PRO SHOP. PLAYERS MUST ADHERE TO USGA AND LOCAL CLUB RULES. NON-PLAYERS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE GOLF COURSE, UNLESS CLEARED WITH MANAGEMENT. If a ranger or other employees stop you, to point out a violation, PLEASE DON NOT BE OFFENDED. We have the obligation to all players on the course, including your group.
